Today we’d like to introduce you to Fernanda Borras

Hi Fernanda, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I have always loved helping and servicing others. Building relationships is so important to me and always has been. I got started in Real Estate when I realized that with my background in marketing, my communications skills along with my passion to helping others was a perfect recipe.

I am a graduate of Sonoma State University with a Bachelors in Communications. After graduating I joined a marketing agency and soon realized that I loved being able to shine a light through marketing.

Real Estate has always been something I wanted to pursue. When the right time came I committed myself fully to Real Estate, my business and my clients.

I am a full time agent and a full service business. I work with sellers, buyers, leases, investors and commercial. I am committed to my clients in delivering the best results to their goals and I walk with them throughout the whole process.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The Real Estate Market is not a smooth road. With that said, I am always adjusting to the market and to my clients needs. When you first start a business there are definitely struggles and you have to prove your value to your clients but persistence is key.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
As a business owner in Real Estate I love the space of creativity I have in the marketing I do. Not only to market a property but also to keep in contact with my clients. I love being present in my clients lives throughout the year and special holidays. Being able to stop by the home they purchased and leave a flag and a gift for 4th of July makes me so happy. My relationship with my clients do not end once they sell their home, or purchase their home. I am always available to them and that’s what I’m most proud of.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Real Estate is an industry that can be intimidating. My advice would be to not give up, continue to learn and implement on your business what works for you.
