Daily Inspiration: Meet Antonio Martinez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Antonio Martinez.

Hi Antonio, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m a second generation painter as my dad started with wood refinishing and I added all the new construction painting and decide I wanted to do my own work and started right after high school working my self work with one different boss beside my dad and after that I had realized I was not got as an employee but wanted to get the responsibility as an owner of a business so when out and give it a try and is been 20 years working and trying to growth the business as much posibles and always learning from my mistakes and my losses I have done hundreds of house on those 2 decades I had met so many designer and builders a long the way and every time we just keep on becoming a better painting company around our area as time has gone by worth of mount has been my main resources of getting clients and jobs and by giving great customer services and good quality of finish has open more doors to the designer world and after 2 decades I can see all the hard work I had done

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Getting work as no one new me and is hard to trust someone with such a big project as they’re home renovation of painting

We are known from getting massive projects and making it work on there timeline we always find a solution on resolving there ideas and vision and we make them come true our professionalism and craftsmanship and we put passion to our work what we do we do very high custom painting is not an ordinary paint job like everyone are used to

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
No I only try to talk to owners, clients and builders and pick there brain to see what they did to get where they are and I learn so much from all those pet talks
