Daily Inspiration: Meet Alexander Gibson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexander Gibson.

Hi Alexander, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. 
I had a rough upbringing as a child, touching everything from foster care and mental illness to prison and substance abuse! Through all of this, I have maintained a will to survive and thrive, and I have been blessed with a dream of creating a healing space for people of similar traumas. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not by any means. Prison was one of my biggest being, and that it was 11 years of my life! Along with all the other bumps like foster care substance abuse, depression, and suicidal ideation 

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an actor at the forefront, and I am very proud of my career! I am a member of sag aftra. I have done several movies, and my most decorated project is A recurring role on Showtime called “The Curse.” I also just Wrapped up another feature. I am also the founder of Going Nutts Entertainment, which is my all of my healing and artistic dreams rolled into one vision! 

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I love to sing!
