We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not a smooth road at all!

Never used a manager or agent.

Had many careers in mostly music & audio post: Singer/Songwriter, Musician, Composer, Arranger, Music Supervisor, Music Producer.

Was in an original music folk-rock band, became a house-musician for the Vegas orchestras in Tahoe, and created a live-stage production company before moving to Hollywood.

Co-founded 3 companies in Hollywood: Music production, Audio post production, Media development

Had to hustle & market myself in the entertainment world.

Only got work from being successful & competent in my work. Then the phone started to ring!

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I consider myself a hybrid of creative & business.

Co-founding 3 companies in Hollywood was an incredible accomplishment.

I’m most proud of creating music for over 1,000 TV shows, 200 commercials & on-air-promos, producing the music for the Griffith Planetarium shows for the last 20 yrs, being a partner with William Shatner in a media development company.

I’m very proud & honored to be a Regent for the University of the Pacific which has 10 colleges and 3 campuses in Stockton, Sacramento and San Francisco.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
