Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert Thomas.

Hi Robert, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Massage Integrity is the evolution of Rob Thomas’ CMT HHP, the owner of Massage Integrity LLC, 20 year journey in the sports, health, wellness, and sports industries.

The journey started being Pedorthicly trained fitting footwear and giving gait and posture analysis for athletes and those with medical needs. That progressed into company wide footwear and gait analysis training positions, writing, selling, and using a text book with 45 sporting goods businesses.

During that part of the career came the realization that the more you know, the more you see how much you don’t know.
Sometimes a foot issue can cause a knee, hip, back, shoulder, or neck issue;
sometimes it’s reversed.

This led to a never ending collecting of therapies to give his clients the holistic approach they deserve.

After 17 years of running a holistic business side hustle, and nearly a decade of managing, teaching, and working as a Massage Therapist, Massage Integrity was born as the perfect progression.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I named the business Massage Integrity, in part, as a reminder to do business with Integrity. I left my last job because new ownership didn’t hold the same moral values concerning hiring and employee health practices. Though expensive, Keeping those values has made hiring and retention easier.
