Conversations with Nain Padilla

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nain Padilla

Hi Nain, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was always in to music since a young age. My father would play guitar and write music and my uncle’s would play guitar as well. It was 2013 when I had decided I wanted to do music. At the moment prior to that I was going to school for civil engineering. Then I decided to tell my parents, I wanted to pursue a career in music. It took me a alot of year to get where I’m at but I’m not even close to where I really want to be with life but everyday God gives us an opportunity to be great and get closer to our dreams, it just about trusting his timing. I feel like the number one thing is to believe in yourself and don’t let anyone get in the way of your dream or your goals. My persistence my huge hearth and patience and God of course and my parents played a big role. But the most important is understanding on building genuine relationships with people work without spectations and value people don’t try to use them. Actually get to know the person build with them. Relationships will always be worth more than money.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Ofcourse not it hasn’t been easy. Making music for a living and living of music is mind draining. The industry is very competitive and most people don’t care about you, they just care about how can they benefit of you. But if you’re patient enough you’ll start finding out some amazing people. People not supporting you can sometimes get to you, music is not your ordinary career so you don’t really start seign money right away. Family can be very un supportive you loose a lot of people in this journey. But once you understand your vision and your worth and Gods timing is perfect you’ll be fine. My father always told me “everything Good in life always takes time, hard work and dedication”.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Music producer that’s Part of. Group called Bazs Hitters. I produce records I bring artist visions into reality. I’m proud of never giving up on my dreams, 15 years later I’m still here dreaming and chasing my dreams and not giving up. Last year we got the opportunity to be Nominated for Latin Grammy and that was a dream come true. God is good all the time.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Be authentic and Humble. Learn to value relationships, and be able to adapt to any situation. Learn to give more and expect less, God will always take care of your back and end. Learn to be patient with yourself and your dreams. And have and understanding that you don’t have be like anyone else, worry about your dreams and What God gave you, not others. learn to be happy for others accomplishments celebrate them like they are yours. Don’t be afraid to show your support for others it feel good to see other people win it should be an inspiration to us.
