Hi Montana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been driven by a passion for bringing ideas to life and helping brands carve out their unique space in the world. My journey started in the fitness industry, where I spent eight years at Fitplan App, playing a key role in shaping the platform and working with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment—NFL athletes, UFC fighters, and celebrity trainers. That experience gave me a deep understanding of digital branding, influencer marketing, and community engagement at scale.

Over time, I realized my true strength lay in conceptualizing and building brands from the ground up—not just within fitness but across eCommerce, fashion, and entertainment. That’s when I launched my own networking agency, operating as a strategic partner for brands looking to break through in highly competitive spaces.

Today, I work at the intersection of brand strategy, influencer marketing, and creative direction, helping businesses craft compelling narratives that resonate with their audiences. My approach is rooted in authenticity, culture, and innovation—because in today’s digital landscape, brands aren’t just selling products; they’re selling stories and experiences.

Whether it’s launching a product, scaling an influencer-led campaign, or reimagining a brand’s positioning, I thrive on transforming visions into impactful realities. I see entrepreneurship as a constant evolution, and I’m excited to keep pushing boundaries in the space.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No journey worth taking is ever completely smooth, and mine has been no exception. Building a career in branding, marketing, and entrepreneurship comes with its challenges—especially when you’re constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation.

One of the biggest struggles has been navigating the evolving digital landscape. Social media, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling are constantly shifting, and staying ahead requires continuous adaptation. There were moments when strategies that worked before suddenly became obsolete, forcing me to pivot quickly and rethink my approach.

Another challenge has been balancing vision with execution. When you’re working with major athletes, influencers, and brands, the expectations are high. Sometimes, the challenge isn’t just coming up with groundbreaking ideas—it’s making sure they’re executed flawlessly, within tight timelines and ever-changing market conditions.

Then, of course, there’s the entrepreneurial challenge of building something from scratch. Running my own agency meant stepping into multiple roles—creative director, strategist, publicist, and operator—all at once. I had to learn how to scale, delegate, and trust the process, even when things felt uncertain.

But through all of this, I’ve come to realize that challenges are what sharpen your instincts and make you better. Every setback has been a lesson, every pivot an opportunity. Success isn’t about having a smooth road—it’s about having the resilience to keep moving forward, no matter how many twists and turns come your way.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
At my core, I’m a strategic problem solver and connector, helping my clients map out their execution in a way that saves them time, avoids costly mistakes, and unlocks opportunities they didn’t even know existed. I don’t just come up with ideas—I make sure they happen in the most efficient, impactful, and creative way possible.

One of my biggest strengths is my network. Over the years, I’ve built deep relationships with industry leaders, creatives, athletes, and entrepreneurs, allowing me to connect my clients with the right people, resources, and strategies to accelerate their success. Whether it’s securing the right partnerships, assembling a dream team, or finding a smarter way to execute a vision, I thrive on thinking outside the box and making things happen.

I’m most proud of my ability to see solutions where others see roadblocks. Many of my clients come to me with an idea but aren’t sure how to bring it to life—or they’ve hit a roadblock in their execution. I love stepping in, identifying blind spots, and presenting multiple pathways forward that they hadn’t even considered.

What sets me apart is that I don’t operate in a one-size-fits-all way. I tailor my approach to each client, ensuring that every strategy, connection, and execution plan is aligned with their unique goals, strengths, and brand identity. I’m not just here to offer advice—I’m here to solve problems, open doors, and bring ideas to life in the most effective and creative way possible.

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
While I can’t reveal too much just yet, I’m currently working on some incredibly exciting projects that I can’t wait to share with the world. Everything I’m involved in right now is focused on pushing boundaries, creating impact, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life.
