Today we’d like to introduce you to Hass Sadeghi.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am the mystic in a suit.

A former self-actualized & successful full-time corporate/business attorney & mediator who ultimately burned out & felt lost in 2015.

Life gave me a choice: continue the way I was living & leading and die, or dig deep to do the inner healing work & soul-searching to transform and ascend on my path forward.

It wasn’t an easy choice to make… I kicked and screamed a lot along the journey… It was messy & at times, outright exhaustingly grueling…

I persevered, trusted the process, kept my faith, surrendered & allowed, and that led me to where I am now.

After all the healing, self-mastery & leading-edge training since 2015, I uncovered my true calling all along has been guiding leaders to unlock their true potential & genius.

I took a vow in 2016 and am on a mission to support global leaders by equipping them with practical spiritual tools & wisdom for stepping up & into ascending leadership.

I always was the mystic in a suit, only I masked & suppressed my true essence & gifts behind my former role.

Now fully embracing my holistic approach to leadership healing, transformation & mastery as a modern-day shaman & science-based energy-healer.

I believe that if we all actualize our calling & share our natural genius, the world will heal itself & come alive like never before.

This way, we all bring heart & soul back to leadership!!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Miles Davis, a creative genius in jazz, once said, “Man, sometimes it takes you a long time to sound like yourself”.

More than ever, the current paradigm shift of global leadership is requiring leaders who have a vision to step up and build a new earth to dig deep within themselves.

I was no different & had many twists and turns because transformation & healing are messy & non-linear.

Doing the “real” inner work is scary, grueling & challenges even the most masterful of leaders.

I was challenged along my leadership healing & soul-searching journey, and at times didn’t know how I could possibly go any further.

Here are some lessons I learned along my journey:

1) Tune out the noise, and focus on creating.

2) Your path will be unique & unlike anyone else’s, so stop comparing yourself.

3) If you feel stuck, instead of pushing thru, consider pausing & practicing putting your energy elsewhere for a while.

4) Spend time in nature to reconnect with your own true nature.

5) When it feels like it is all falling apart, what if it were all falling into place?!

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I believe energy healing & soul-level work will be the future of leadership coaching/ training and personal development.

I am seeing more & more leaders awakening, and where we are all headed, deep healing & an understanding of the hidden dimensions of life & leadership will be vital.
