Hi Cindylish, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my hair career back in 2017 working as a front desk coordinator then decided to enroll in school and did an apprenticeship program and officially got licensed in 2020. I then decided to take on an extra year of assisting while working on Sundays to build my clientele. And fast forward to now I’m working as a full time booth renter specializing in blonding + vivid transformations working with pravana as a pravana creator! What a dream!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing worth having comes easy as they say! It was a long journey but one I wouldn’t change because it’s made me the stylist and person I am today.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in blonding and vivid transformations. Anything from a balayage to a wild color block color melt moment is my VIBE! I started posting my hair transformation on tik tok to show the start to finish process and grew a love for making videos! I’m super proud of being apart of the PRAVANA team and being a creator for them! It’s truly a dream getting to work for my favorite color line!
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
In the next couple of years i definitely want to start exploring more “out of the norm” hair looks. Expanding my creativity forsure! And seriously getting into photography! I have so many amazing friends that inspire me everyday to elevate my work.
