I started my journey during the pandemic, a time when I had the chance to elevate my reflection on life. Inspired by my brother’s faith and my grandfather’s wisdom, I connected with a path that opened doors for my growth as a multi-creative individual. A lot of where I am right now is about finding perfection in the imperfection and embracing the journey.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not. The road’s been anything but smooth. There’s been a lot of overthinking, tough decision-making, and taking risks. I’ve had to unlearn a lot of bad habits I picked up over the years. As a creator, these challenges pushed me to grow and adapt, turning obstacles into opportunities for innovation and self-improvement. It’s all about pushing boundaries and evolving through the process

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m The son of Bunny Smith , a multi-creative talent with a diverse portfolio that spans DJing, photography, design, and social impact initiatives. My work is deeply rooted in storytelling, a trait I proudly attribute to my grandfather, Bunny Smith, whose legacy of greatness I strive to uphold. I consider myself his “son” as a reflection of this connection and the values he imparted to me.

What sets me apart is my ability to infuse emotion into my creations. Whether it’s the beats I spin as a DJ, the moments I capture through my lens, the designs I bring to life, or the social impact projects I champion, my heritage and personal narrative are the threads that weave through all my work. This unique blend of old-school charm and new innovation defines my style, allowing me to create experiences that are both nostalgic and forward-thinking.

I specialize in crafting atmospheres that resonate deeply with people. My approach is holistic, ensuring that the look and feel of every project align seamlessly with the emotions I aim to evoke. My film photography often features a timeless, analog quality, while my musical taste gravitates towards disco and ballet-inspired sounds. In fashion, I blend preppy aesthetics with avant-garde elements, drawing inspiration from icons like Martine Rose and Vivienne Westwood.

Luck, both good and bad, has definitely played its part in my journey, shaping who I am and how I navigate my creative path. It’s like the universe’s way of throwing in plot twists, making the story richer.

Good luck? It’s those serendipitous moments when everything aligns perfectly. Like stumbling upon the perfect vinyl record at a thrift shop, or meeting someone who becomes a pivotal part of a project. These moments feel like the universe winking at me, saying, “Keep going, you’re on the right path.”

But then there’s bad luck, too. The setbacks, the missed opportunities, the times when things don’t go as planned. Those moments are tough, but they also push me to dig deeper, find new solutions, and grow stronger. It’s like a balance, a dance between the highs and lows.

At the end of the day, I see luck as a part of the journey, not the defining factor. It’s my response to these moments that truly shapes my path. Embracing both the good and the bad, learning from them, and staying true to my vision that’s what keeps me moving forward
