Today we’d like to introduce you to Yuliya Klimishena.
Yuliya, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Yuliya Klimishena: Bringing Clarity to Growth in a Noisy Industry
With a European accent in English and absolutely no accent in marketing, Yuliya Klimishena brings clarity to growth in a noisy industry.
With more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Yuliya has built a reputation as a strategic leader who builds systems that scale. Today, she serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Wild & Organic and is a co-founder of Ace Media Boost, working at the intersection of strategy, content, and measurable growth.
“I’ve never believed in shortcuts,” Yuliya says. “Sustainable growth is designed, not guessed.”
From Digital Chaos to Scalable Systems
Throughout her career, Yuliya has helped brands grow multiple times over — sometimes by tens of X. Her strength lies not just in launching campaigns, but in architecting marketing ecosystems that hold up under scale: teams, funnels, messaging, content, and decision-making frameworks.
She is known for:
building and leading high-performance marketing teams
creating growth strategies grounded in data and consumer psychology
aligning brand, performance, and product into one coherent system
“If marketing depends on one channel or one person, it’s fragile,” she explains. “My job is to build systems that survive growth.”
A Strategic Take on Ace Media Boost
That same philosophy shapes Ace Media Boost, the marketing agency Yuliya co-founded with her partner. In an era of content overload, the agency focuses on what many brands underestimate: design that converts. Ace Media Boost specializes in conversion-driven content for e-commerce — particularly Amazon listings and online stores — where visual structure, messaging, and strategy must work together. Their approach combines strong graphics with meaningful marketing claims, developed with ranking logic, platform behavior, and a clearly defined audience in mind. “We don’t ask clients what they want,” Yuliya says. “We tell them what they need. The numbers take care of the rest.”
CMO Mindset, Founder Mentality
As CMO of Wild & Organic, Yuliya operates in one of the most competitive markets — supplements — where trust, compliance, brand storytelling, and performance must be perfectly aligned. As a founder, she brings an owner’s perspective to marketing decisions, balancing creativity with margins, CAC, and long-term brand equity.
“I think like a business owner, not a vendor,” she says. “That’s the only way marketing creates real value.”
No Accent in Strategy
Originally from Europe, Yuliya brings a global perspective to U.S. marketing — one that allows her to see patterns early and cut through noise with precision. She is also an active member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), staying closely connected to the evolving marketing landscape.
“Data doesn’t care where you’re from,” she says
Why She’s a Hidden Gem
Yuliya Klimishena is often brought in when growth stalls, teams lose alignment, or marketing becomes busy but ineffective. She doesn’t aim for viral moments — she builds momentum.
“My goal isn’t fast,” she says.
“My goal is inevitable.”
And that’s exactly how her work feels.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not exactly — and I don’t think meaningful careers ever are. In Europe, I had already built a strong reputation, long-term clients, and something incredibly valuable: word of mouth. Opportunities came through relationships, trust, and years of visible results. When I moved to the U.S., that part didn’t transfer with me. I had to start from zero — building an agency, credibility, and network again, this time in a new market, on a different scale, and in another language.
The biggest challenge wasn’t strategy — that part I knew well. It was rebuilding visibility and trust without the social proof that had taken years to earn elsewhere. In the U.S., results matter, but so does presence: being seen, heard, and remembered. That takes time.
I also used to speak at conferences regularly, and that’s something I’m intentionally rebuilding now — but in a new market and in English. It’s a different kind of stretch, and a necessary one.
At the same time, I see this as a long game. There’s still a lot ahead to build, and I’m very aware that this is not the peak — it’s another foundation. I’ve done it before, and I know how to do it again. The difference now is perspective, clarity, and experience.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Ace Media Boost is a marketing agency built around one core belief: traffic doesn’t scale brands — conversion does. We specialize in conversion-driven design and content for e-commerce brands, with a strong focus on Amazon listings, storefronts, and direct-to-consumer websites. In today’s world of content overload, it’s no longer enough to know how to run ads. Brands need content that works after the click — content that explains, persuades, and converts.
What sets us apart is how we approach design. We don’t create visuals to look “nice.” Every graphic, layout, and piece of content is engineered around clear marketing messages, platform-specific behavior, ranking logic, and a deeply defined audience. Design and strategy are never separated — they’re built together.
We’re also very direct in how we work. We don’t ask clients what they want. We tell them what they need. Our recommendations are based on data, competitive analysis, and patterns we’ve seen work across multiple brands and categories. Opinions are secondary. Results come first — and the numbers confirm them.
Ace Media Boost was built as a CMO-level partner, not a traditional agency. We think like owners, not vendors. That means we care about conversion rates, margins, scalability, and long-term brand equity — not just launches or short-term wins.
What I’m most proud of is that our work creates clarity. Brands come to us when their marketing feels noisy, fragmented, or underperforming. They leave with structure, focus, and content that actually pulls its weight.
What I want readers to know is simple: in a crowded market, content is your competitive advantage — but only if it’s built to convert. That’s where we do our best work.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I don’t really see myself as a risk-taker — and that’s intentional. I prefer to play the long game and focus on consistent, sustainable growth rather than big, unpredictable bets. For me, risk isn’t about bold moves for the sake of boldness. It’s about controlled experimentation.
My approach is simple: I allocate 10–20% of the budget to continuous testing. Those tests run one after another — new creatives, messages, formats, or hypotheses. What works gets scaled. What doesn’t work is a clear signal to stop investing there.
This way, risk is never existential. It’s contained, measured, and informative.
The result is two things at once: healthy margins and constant progress. The business keeps learning, evolving, and growing — without putting its core performance at risk.
So no, I don’t gamble.
I design systems where learning is constant and growth is predictable.
