Tod Novak founded The Novak Group in 1999 out of a deep passion for helping individuals and organizations increase sales and communicate more effectively.
What began as a personal mission to improve human connection in business has evolved into a recognized sales training, coaching and recruiting firm.
Over the years, The Novak Group has worked with clients across diverse industries — including Med Spas, Manufacturing, Medical, Law Firms, Digital Marketing, and Entertainment — helping them streamline sales processes, strengthen leadership, and significantly boost revenue.

One impressive accomplishment of The Novak Group is increasing the profits of one of its clients by $400 million dollars, highlighting the effectiveness of their strategies and methodologies.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like most entrepreneurial journeys, it hasn’t always been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been marketing — getting in front of the right audience in an ever-changing digital world.
The Novak Group isn’t a marketing agency — our strength lies in closing the sale once the opportunity is there — so finding effective ways to consistently reach potential clients has required creativity, adaptability, and persistence. The majority of our business comes from referrals however you can only scale so much with a referral only business model.

  • Most of our services are customized to our clients needs and that investment starts at $2500 per month and goes up from there based on the scope of work and services the client wants and needs.
