Twenty-five years ago, I talked to a friend who was facing the daunting prospect of a colostomy surgery. Understandably distressed, I suggested a simple, natural solution: take probiotics for two months and then undergo another colonoscopy. However, the success brought one of the distributors to make counterfeit products with our brand.
I made the mistake of pursuing legal action against them, naively believing that because I was right, I would get the Judge to see the case. The lawyers twisted this simple case for 10 years.

There were many struggles, financial struggles to pay for legal fees and getting a new lawyer to sue the second lawyer for malpractice. Nightmares. But we are still standing.
