Serge, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Familysh Coffee & Bistro was an idea of my 22 years old mind. I wanted to start something from scratch by myself, and having an experience in Restaurant business plus being passionate about coffee resulted the start of Familysh. Why Familysh because my Family has very big role in it my Mom still cooks there full time , My brother and Wife helped me a lot since the beginning and without them it wouldn’t be possible.
Our First year is already behind, It was full of achievements and Challenges, however I can now tell that Familysh made it , we are here Pretty well know at our community for the quality products and Service. Looking forward for many more successful fun years serving our Community.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
As I said without being side to side with our full Family it would be possible, Business was not making money at all at the beginning and all of my funds were all in even before we served our first cup of coffee. And Changes needed to be done. So whatever you did with all of your money is not working, plus you still need to go out every day work for free , to find out what’s needed to be done, and taking losses every day , basically working for the losses every day , so it’s mot like you have time and no money, and still lot of other everyday problems and issues and bills. However the only way to get out of there is to wake up motivated with a smile on your face ( remember serving coffee to people at the morning) and do what’s needs to be done. At one point that was extremely difficult.

Familysh coffee and Bistro is a unique project first of all by the menu. Professional high quality coffee shop , and at the same time place to eat tasty fresh meal. Still very unique food menu Sweetie and Savory Crepes , Toasts , pastries. Other than that Familysh Serves cold pressed juices and Protein Smoothies. Nice and unique set up and environment around our little cafe , all the customers are like friends, Talking Laughing around fine cup of coffee all the time , in a nice environment listening to a good music. Thats how are the most weekdays at Familysh. Besides that Familysh does private Events, caterings bringing that Vibe to your special Occasion , another level of service, serving people with extra love and pleasure .

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Biggest Credit Of Course To My Family, Mom , Wife , Brother and Two Sons. They helped us too from Mommy’s Belly)
