Hi Patrick , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’m Patrick Ercolini, a passionate live event producer with over a decade of experience in music, entertainment, and innovation.

As the Founder and CEO of Live Pros, I’ve built a premier event production company in Los Angeles, dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences across music, sports, and entertainment. Under my leadership, Live Pros has become known for delivering cutting-edge AV production and technical design for high-profile events. Some of our recent projects include the UTA Golden Globes After Party 2025, Born & Raised’s 10th Annual Sadie Hawkins, Verve Talent & Literary Agency’s Annual Austin Film Festival Event 2025, Z-Con: A Gen Z Conference presented by Cosmopolitan & UTA, and the activation event for NOVA, an app for entertainment professionals. From consulting to execution, my team and I bring creativity, precision, and excellence to every project.

My journey into event production started with a deep love for music and live performance. After studying at the Musicians Institute of Hollywood, I spent years touring across the U.S., managing sound and lighting for various music acts. A turning point in my career came when I had the opportunity to work under legendary manager Leonard Rowe, where I gained invaluable insight into large-scale production and artist management. This experience led me to produce The Legendz of the Streets, one of the largest hip-hop tours in history.

Beyond music, I’ve expanded my work into corporate events, brand activations, and conferences. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Rick Ross, Doja Cat, Netflix, National Geographic, Cosmopolitan, and United Talent Agency. Whether I’m managing a large-scale tour or an intimate gathering, my focus remains the same—creating audience-centered experiences that leave a lasting impact.

I founded Live Pros to merge my technical expertise, industry knowledge, and passion for storytelling into one mission: to create moments that resonate and inspire. As I continue to push the boundaries of live event production, I’m also committed to supporting the next generation of creators in music, sports, and entertainment. I believe the best events are the ones that connect people through unforgettable stories and experiences, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road hasn’t always been smooth, but every challenge has been an opportunity for growth. Some of the key struggles we’ve faced include:

Building Relationships and Trust: In the early stages, establishing trust with clients was a challenge. We had to prove our reliability and quality of work. Over time, as we consistently delivered great results, word-of-mouth and repeat clients helped solidify our reputation.

Managing High Demand: As our reputation grew, so did demand for our services. This meant scaling up our team and resources, which required balancing quality with growth. Hiring the right technicians and ensuring they upheld our standards took time but was crucial to maintaining our service level.

Adapting to Rapid Industry Changes: The event production industry is always evolving with new technology and trends. Keeping up with these changes and staying ahead of the curve in terms of equipment and expertise has required constant learning and investment in the latest gear.
