Today we’d like to introduce you to Jazmin De La Torre

Hi Jazmin, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My business was inspired by my family. I spent many years trying to figure out how to tap into my creativity and invest in myself. One day it dawned on me that creating content was something that I have already been doing for myself, because it brought me joy and it was something I was good at. I decided to put those skills to practice and that’s how De La Torre Create got started. I want to help small businesses and creators who need video content to grow their brand and social presence, but simply don’t know how to or don’t have the time to create and edit their own videos.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I am still in the early stages of this leap of faith that I took into being a business owner/creative. I just launched my website in October, which was really exciting. I’m incredibly grateful that so many of my family and friends have already trusted me to create content for their brands and businesses. I feel so lucky to have such a great support system.

We’ve been impressed with De La Torre Create , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
De La Torre Create is a creative video editing agency for small businesses, creators, and brands. We believe that starting your video content journey should never be complicated or overwhelming. Our services are designed to be flexible and convenient, making it easier for you to get started and focus on what matters most, which is growing your brand.

We specialize in crafting short-form videos for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, offering personalized, budget-friendly solutions and maintaining accessible communication and creative collaboration. My mission is to support and empower small businesses and creators with the tools and strategies needed to confidently navigate and enhance their social presence.

What’s next?
The next step for De La Torre Create is to hit the ground running now that my website is live. I’m excited to grow and position myself in the content creation space, since it’s not something that I’ve really seen done before. My plans for the future are to grow my business to a point where I can one day give back to my community, support my family, and make a name for myself. My goal is to expand my services beyond my immediate circle of family and friends and be able to work with businesses, brands, influencers and creators.

Pricing:

• Videos 1 minute or less: $25
• Videos 2-3 minutes: $30
• Videos 4-5 minutes: $35
• 5+ minutes: $40
• Add ons: Voiceovers $30, Filming and travel $50 per hour (plus mileage), and lastly Social recommendations which include caption writing, hashtag research, and trending audio/songs for $10
