Community Highlights: Meet Gosia Lorenz of Joy of Living

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gosia Lorenz.

Hi Gosia, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I always have been a seeker, desiring more for my life, the Earth, and the world.

I was born 52 years ago in communist Poland. Life was simple and relatively easy for me yet colorless and without many possibilities.

Since I was a 7-year-old girl I have loved reading books. My Dad had a huge collection of metaphysical books piled up in my room. Everything I could lay my hands on that talked about spirituality, life after life, out-of-body experiences, holistic healing methods, dowsing, forbidden archeology, extraterrestrials – I would literally inhale, insatiable for more information. I recognized very early on that I was different from my peers, especially considering my interests and fascination with the unseen world around me and seeing reality in a very different way. My Dad taught me how to use pendulum and dowsing rods when I was very young and using this skill served me throughout my whole life. My Mom was very intuitive and came from a lineage of Slavic Medicine Women.

As long as I can remember I dreamed about traveling and seeing the world. Reading books written by famous Polish explorers and travelers ignited my imagination. The first opportunity was created right after finishing high school when I went for a year to be an au-pair and study German in Germany. Upon returning I got accepted to my dream school to study Tourism. During the 5-year combined bachelor’s and master’s degree program, I took another gap year and went to the United States to be au-pair and study English. At the time, this was the only way for me to legally live in other countries.

After graduating college, I lived and worked as a tourist guide in Cyprus, Thailand, Greece, and Spain. I loved that lifestyle, always learning, exploring, solving problems, seeing the most beautiful spots on the planet and meeting wonderful people. The metaphysical and spiritual theme was always present in those times; I took courses, workshops, and read books that helped me develop my talents and abilities. After 5 years of traveling I decided to settle down in Southern California where I got married and had two sons. I started studying and learning holistic healing techniques more intensely and decided to pursue it as my career.

After a while, I found myself traveling the world facilitating classes about healing, consciousness, energies, spirits and entities, and how to clear them and communicate with them. I became an expert on the subject, by bringing light and a practical approach to this mysterious and unknown area of our reality.

Then after thirteen years of marriage I got divorced.

My second husband is a wonderful and loving man with whom I created a colorful and ever-expanding life. His and our work allowed me to travel to 30 countries and contribute to even more people through various projects. I taught women’s empowerment workshops in rural Zanzibar/Tanzania and Egypt, taught actors how to effectively clear their energy field in Italy and North Macedonia, performed on stages in New York, Czech Republic and Poland, was multiple times a guest speaker at the University of California, Irvine, and participated in multiple EU projects. We have a busy and joyful household in Irvine consisting of us and our four wonderful and beautiful children (all of them are college age now).

After years of studying the healing arts (Silva Method, Extrasensory Perception, Reiki, Dowsing, Hypnotherapy, BodyTalk System, Theta Healing, Matrix Energetics, Emotional Freedom Technique, Break Through, MindScape, My Liquid Fish™ Change Made Simple™, Spiritual Life Coaching, Access Consciousness™, Talk To The Entities™, Intentional Healing Systems, Mind Field Repatterining Mastery, Hypnotherapy, and more), I developed my own technique that is effective and dynamic.

In private coaching sessions, I physically feel the people I work with (which is sometimes intense and unpleasant); there is density of trauma, unprocessed emotions, stuck memories of events, situations, even places, layers of limiting and limited beliefs, generational baggage, mind programming, and frequencies that don’t belong in a human body. I quickly discover which underlying foundational energies create limiting patterns, self-destructive behaviors, negative programs (from this or other lifetimes), that I can clear, change, or transmute, bringing out the natural brilliance, alignment, lightness of being, peace and calm within. I know that I might seem “out there” for some, yet I know who I am and what my mission on this planet is (for the most part). I am driven by seeing the undiscovered, suppressed, or repressed human potential, higher wisdom, and consciousness that I can help uncover, remember, and blossom. I invite everyone to go deeper within, feel everything (even if uncomfortable), acknowledge, observe and witness without judging or censoring, through the only appropriate lens – love.

In my practice I reach thousands of people through speaking on various platforms, tele-summits, and interviews. I regularly facilitate classes, usually on-line and do daily sessions. I am very intuitive, inquisitive, and insightful in my work, shifting lives of everyone who works with me.
What if we all have talents and abilities that are waiting to be expressed, used, and celebrated? Is it finally time to shine and embody the magical greatness that we came here to be?

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I would like to start by saying that I am grateful for all the experiences in my life, the good, the bad, the ugly. Each one taught me something about myself and made me stronger. I don’t dwell on the bad and look for the silver lining in every situation. I have been fortunate that I didn’t have some tragic experience (illness or accident) to wake me up and “course correct” my path like many others. I was actively pursuing my spiritual interests and creating my life (by taking risks and transcending boundaries).

In even the most difficult moments I cling to hope and positivity, believing that everything will work out for the best. That positivity was learned, however; Poland wasn’t the most optimistic place when I was growing up. The world around me was full of negativity, limitations, rules, structures, dogmas and sadness. Communistic government and a total suppression of free will, art, creative expression, independent thinking, produced people without dreams and imagination. Even if they dared to dream and imagine, all of it stayed buried deep so no one would ever find out. I dreamed about being somewhere else – anywhere, past the western border.

Even though I didn’t have a terrible life I was always doubted myself and my capacity to create more in my life. Inherited poverty consciousness set my glass ceiling of receiving pretty low. I continued to work on myself with various techniques and modalities. I kept working with my subconscious mind, affirming positive outcomes, visualizing a dream life, knowing that miracles are possible.

Looking back, I see how lucky I was to become who I am today, to recognize and strip away my baggage – limiting beliefs, programs, blocks, patterns, reactions, judgements that I was functioning from, in other words the lower vibrations that weren’t contributing to me anymore. Especially when I became a mom it was so important to me to not burden my amazing boys with my issues. It took a lot of work. It still does. There is always more to look at as we continue living our lives. It is so important to remember that we are not our experiences and we don’t have to let them define us.

I say, if I could do it or learn how to do it, you can too. I am passionate about educating others and empowering them to see how special and unique they are.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
In my business, Joy of Living I offer private spiritual coaching, healing and clearing sessions, workshops or classes, on line and in person. Using my intuition I quickly find underlying foundational energies that create limiting patterns, negative programs and beliefs (from physical, emotional, mental or spiritual layer of the boys), that I clear, change, and transmute.

I am an expert on the world of entities (energies, spirits, light beings, nature spirits, demons, extraterrestrials) and when necessary, I clear, and/or communicates with them. There is no issue, problem, program, implant, matrix, limitation, pattern, entity, cord, attachment, limiting thought, feeling, and emotion that I am unwilling to explore and if required – clear from your Universe. I go to any timeline, dimension and reality, past, present and future to find what we are looking for.

My work is very advanced, fast, dynamic, inquisitive, and insightful, shifting lives of everyone who experiences it. I worked with thousands of clients all over the world and my knowledge of different cultures, philosophies, and customs is very helpful.
