Hi Ewa, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Baltic Sands Inc . started as one of the first development companies in Joshua Tree area 10 years ago . Most of our homes are off grid and environmentally conscious.
We provide for luxury Airbnb market and individuals who seek upmarket weekend homes . All our projects are sold turnkey

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s always difficult to start new company in unknown environment. I was born in Poland and spent most of my life in South Africa . California is beautiful , exciting and business friendly so all that made our beginning little easier .

As you know, we’re big fans of Baltic Sands Inc . . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are small property development company specializing in luxury off grid and environmentally sensitive homes . We primarily build in Joshua Tree area and Coachella Valley
