Today we’d like to introduce you to Diana Vehuni.

Hi Diana, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey as a transformational life coach began long before I ever thought of it as a career. It started with my own search for healing. I was born and raised in Armenia and moved to the United States in 1998. From an early age, I struggled with anxiety and periods of depression, often feeling as though I was living under an invisible weight I couldn’t shake off, no matter what I did. Moving to a new country brought excitement and opportunity, but it also magnified my anxiety until it became debilitating. My panic attacks grew so severe that I couldn’t even drive myself to work. My deep curiosity about the nature of consciousness and the meaning of life, combined with my suffering, became the catalyst that set me on a long spiritual and personal journey toward healing and transformation.

As I began to explore and understand the connection between mind, body, and spirit, I started finding real answers—and with them, gradual freedom from fear. I shared what I was learning with friends and people I met, and to my surprise, it deeply resonated with them. What began as informal conversations evolved into meditation classes, then private coaching sessions, and eventually a full-time practice. I realized that my struggles with depression, panic attacks, and low self-worth were not signs that something was wrong with me, but reflections of unhealed trauma and a disconnection from my authentic self. Understanding this changed everything. It showed me that true healing is not about fixing what’s broken but about remembering who we really are underneath the pain and limiting beliefs.

Over the past two decades, I’ve dedicated my life to studying and embodying the principles that transformed me—from psychology and neuroscience to spirituality and consciousness studies. The wisdom I’ve gathered isn’t theoretical; it’s living, practical, and deeply human. It has allowed me to create a life filled with purpose, peace, and gratitude, and to guide others to do the same. Today, my mission is to help people heal from within, reconnect with their authentic selves, and step into the lives they are truly meant to live—lives of love, joy, and authentic fulfillment.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
About five years into my journey, when I seemed to be finding answers and making positive changes in my life, I was faced with one of the biggest challenges I had ever encountered. While I was diligently practicing everything I had learned from self-help books and transformational programs—meditations, affirmations, visualizations, and more—nothing seemed to make a difference. My newfound faith began to collapse under the weight of what felt like harsh reality. I went through a deep spiritual crisis, a true “dark night of the soul.” I had no one to turn to and nothing to hold on to. I felt confused, hopeless, and alone.

But that seemingly impossible situation became the very thing that forced me to surrender and trust. There was nothing more my human self could do. It took a few years before I began to trust the path again, but this time, my understanding was deeper and my inner strength greater. I began to notice that I was being guided—often in subtle, almost magical ways. I would “randomly” meet someone who recommended a book to read or an event to attend, each leading to a new insight, a profound healing experience, or a meaningful connection that helped me continue my journey.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Diana Vehuni, LLC.?
I am a Holistic Transformational Life Coach. In my work, I combine Compassionate Healing and True Empowerment to help my clients achieve Authentic Fulfillment.

I don’t approach my clients as people who need to be fixed. I see them as already whole, wise, and worthy—even if parts of them don’t believe that yet. My role is to help them reconnect with that truth, gently and powerfully, so they can stop living from survival mode and start living from their Real Self.

I bring together powerful knowledge from psychology, neuroscience, and trauma-informed practices, as well as deep spiritual wisdom. Whether someone is more drawn to the practical or the soulful, they’ll find a space here where both are honored as equally valid ways of understanding and transforming their life.

My coaching is both therapeutic and transformational. It’s not about pushing through pain or chasing goals for the sake of achievement—it’s about creating lasting, embodied change: emotionally, mentally, and energetically. I hold space for what’s real while guiding my clients toward what’s possible.

I don’t just teach what I’ve learned from books; I teach what I’ve lived. After decades of navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-doubt, I’ve done the work to transform my life from the inside out. And I’ve walked alongside hundreds of clients as they’ve done the same. My experience allows me to meet people with empathy, honesty, and deep understanding.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Every client is unique, and every session is tailored to their specific needs, goals, and energy. Whether they’re craving more clarity, self-love, healing, purpose, or direction, I meet them exactly where they are and support them with tools and practices that truly fit their journey.

I offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and online courses.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
My greatest passion is to be for others the person I needed when I felt confused and scared, trying to figure out so many things on my own. The best way to connect with me is through my website: https://www.dianavehuni.com
or my online School of Authentic Wholeness: https://courses.dianavehuni.com

I love working with individual clients to provide deeply personalized support, but I also want to expand my impact and help more people through my knowledge and experience. I would love to collaborate with other professionals who share the same passion—because together, we can do so much more. I always love to connect with like-minded and like-hearted people!

I’d also appreciate any support with organizing in-person events to reach more people, create meaningful connections, and help them feel seen, heard, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
