Today we’d like to introduce you to Cassandra Sepulveda.
Hi Cassandra, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I grew up in a very Western-medicine household, and early on I knew I wanted more than prescriptions and surgery as the primary answers to health. I was drawn to natural, proactive ways of supporting the body and helping people truly thrive, not just manage symptoms.
I’ve always had a deep love for working with children, and for a long time I planned to become a pediatrician. But during my final year of college, I realized I wanted a career that was more hands-on and allowed me to build long-term relationships with the people I cared for. When I discovered chiropractic, it felt like everything clicked. My eyes were opened to the possibility of being a consistent, supportive presence in my patients’ lives—helping them function at their best instead of waiting for something to go wrong.
Over time, my passion for pediatrics naturally evolved into a deep love for perinatal care. I realized that by caring for mothers, I was also giving babies the very best possible start in life. Pregnancy is one of the most demanding and transformative seasons a person can go through, and supporting women during that time felt incredibly meaningful. After experiencing pregnancy myself, that mission only deepened. I’ve now been practicing chiropractic for 14 years, and caring for mothers and families continues to be the most fulfilling work I can imagine.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like most meaningful paths, it hasn’t been perfectly smooth. One of my biggest challenges has been balancing motherhood with running a practice. I deeply love my work, but I didn’t fully realize how strongly I would also want to be present at home as a mom. Navigating that balance continues to be a learning process.
I’m incredibly grateful to have built a practice that allows flexibility—where my children can sometimes be with me and where my patients truly understand that season of life. Being both a provider and a mother has shaped me in powerful ways, but it’s also required a lot of grace, boundary-setting, and acceptance that balance doesn’t always look perfect.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Our practice is centered around caring for women, babies, and families through some of the most transformative seasons of life. We specialize in perinatal, postpartum, and pediatric chiropractic care, with a strong focus on gentle, nervous-system–based approaches that support the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt. I am Webster Technique certified and work closely with women throughout their entire pregnancy, into postpartum recovery, and beyond.
What truly sets our practice apart is the way we care for our patients. We intentionally create a calm, supportive environment where appointments are never rushed and patients feel seen, heard, and educated. We believe care should feel collaborative and empowering, not transactional. Our patients often share that they appreciate the time we take to answer questions, explain what’s happening in their bodies, and provide thoughtful, individualized care at every visit.
From a brand perspective, I’m most proud of the community we’ve built—a space where women feel safe, supported, and deeply cared for during pregnancy and motherhood. Our offerings extend beyond chiropractic care to include massage therapy, acupuncture, and PEMF therapy, allowing us to support postpartum healing and whole-body wellness in a truly integrative way.
What I want readers to know most about our brand is that we are here to walk alongside families, not just treat symptoms. Our goal is to support mothers so they can feel strong, informed, and confident in their bodies—because when moms are supported, families thrive.
How do you think about happiness?
My greatest joy is my family—my husband, our two beautiful children, and our two Labrador dogs. Soaking up everyday moments with them is truly my happy place.
A close second is witnessing transformation in my patients’ lives—helping a mother avoid a cesarean by supporting a breech baby, or helping someone find relief from pain they thought they would have forever. Being able to support both family life and meaningful service is what fills my cup and reminds me why I do this work.
