Hi Bill, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been a contractor for over 25 years. Over that time, we worked on everything from remodels to ground-up construction projects. Eventually, we moved into flipping homes. Along the way, we discovered prefabricated modular homes, and that was a game-changer for us. The efficiency, quality, and scalability of prefab construction aligned perfectly with where we wanted to take the business.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It wasn’t always smooth. One of the biggest challenges early on was educating clients about prefabricated panelized building systems — and that they are just as strong, reliable, and high-quality as traditional on-site framing. Once people understood there’s no compromise on quality, our product was very well received.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I grew up in a single-parent household — probably had a bit too much freedom for a kid — but it gave me confidence, independence, and a strong will to succeed. I started in construction at 15, working as a painter, then moved into concrete, framing, and eventually full-scale building. That hands-on experience from an early age really shaped the builder I am today.
