Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianca Festejo.

Hi Bianca, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in the Philippines in a very poor family. We lived in a small nipa hut with no electricity or running water, and from a young age, I learned what it meant to survive. I started working as a teenager to support myself while going to school, and I carried that survival mindset with me into adulthood.

I tried many business ventures but the my first success was a small beauty salon. I had no experience, but I believed I could build something meaningful. Over time, that single salon grew into multiple locations with dozens of employees. But when the pandemic hit in 2020, I lost everything. I went from running a thriving company to being over $100,000 in debt, with only $4,000 left in my bank account. It was one of the darkest moments of my life.

During that time, I noticed a growing demand for stretch mark and scar treatments, but there was no reliable solution, especially when it came to matching skin tones. That problem led me to create Nue Conceal. I developed a system that combined specialized pigments, technology, and education to help practitioners restore skin confidence for people with scars and stretch marks. I used my last 4,000 and created this new venture.

I moved to the United States with no safety net and rebuilt the company from the ground up. What started as an idea born during my lowest point has now grown into a multi-million-dollar global brand. Our products and training programs are used by artists, clinics, and doctors around the world, and we’ve helped thousands of practitioners build careers and transform lives.

Today, my work is focused not only on continuing to innovate in the medical aesthetics space, but also on sharing what I’ve learned about resilience, rebuilding, and creating a life with intention. My journey has taught me that sometimes losing everything is what creates the space for you to build something even greater.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. In fact, some of my biggest breakthroughs came after my lowest points.

The hardest moment was during the pandemic, when I lost the business I had spent years building. I went from running multiple salon locations and employing dozens of people to being over $100,000 in debt with only $4,000 left. Beyond the financial loss, it was the emotional weight of feeling like I had failed not only myself, but the people who depended on me.

When I started Nue Conceal, I was entering completely new territory. I had to develop products, build technology, and create an education platform without having prior experience in those areas. There were many moments of uncertainty, especially in the early days when people didn’t yet understand the treatment or believe in the concept.

Moving to the United States was another major challenge. I didn’t have an established network here, and I had to rebuild credibility in a new market from scratch. There were also technical struggles, such as working with early developers and manufacturers that didn’t always deliver what was promised, which slowed our progress and forced me to learn how to navigate product development and protect the integrity of the brand.

But looking back, those struggles forced me to grow. They taught me how to make better decisions, how to lead, and how to build something that was not dependent on perfect circumstances. They also gave me a deeper sense of purpose, because I knew firsthand what it meant to lose everything and start again.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about nue conceal?
Nue Conceal is a medical aesthetics and paramedical innovation company focused on restoring skin and hair confidence for people living with scars, stretch marks, and hair loss.

We developed a specialized system that combines precision needling, regenerative serums, and custom pigments to improve the appearance of stretch marks and scars without the need for invasive procedures such as surgery, laser, or injections. Because the approach works with the body’s natural healing response, discomfort is minimal and there is little to no downtime. Many clients see visible improvement within the first treatment, with continued improvement over a series of sessions.

We also created Nue Strand, our hair restoration solution, which uses a similar regenerative approach to stimulate natural hair regrowth without surgery or injections. Clients are often able to resume normal activities immediately, and early signs of regrowth can begin to appear within weeks, making it a more accessible option for people who are not ready for surgical procedures.

What sets us apart is that we didn’t just create individual products. We built a complete ecosystem that includes proprietary formulations, education, and technology. Our system is now used by practitioners, clinics, and doctors globally, helping thousands of professionals build careers while helping clients restore confidence in their appearance.

What I’m most proud of is that Nue Conceal was born from a real problem and has grown into a global solution. Beyond the business, it has created opportunities for practitioners to transform their lives and for clients to feel comfortable in their skin again. That human impact is the true purpose behind everything we do.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Yes. Beyond building Nue Conceal as a global brand, my mission is to continue advancing non-invasive solutions for people struggling with stretch marks, scars, and hair loss.

Many people don’t realize that there are now options that can improve these concerns without surgery, lasers, or injections. Our treatments focus on working with the body’s natural regenerative response to improve skin texture, restore pigment, and stimulate hair regrowth with minimal downtime.

What makes this work meaningful to me is seeing the emotional transformation that happens. People often come in feeling self-conscious or limited by their scars or hair loss, and being able to help them regain confidence is incredibly powerful.

At the same time, I’m passionate about helping practitioners build careers through this field. We’ve trained professionals globally who now offer stretch mark revision, scar camouflage, and hair restoration treatments in their own communities.

Ultimately, my goal is to continue innovating and expanding access to these solutions so more people can benefit, while also empowering others to create meaningful and sustainable careers through this work.
