Hi Bahar, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Organic Natural Colors LLC was set up in Los Angeles in 2014 after realizing that healthier hair color was a necessity and there were no brands that offered it. What makes ONC unique is to color hair; it uses body heat or medium heat from a hair dryer to open cuticles and deposit color pigments into the hair. Whereas all other brands deposit color pigments into the hair by using toxic, harsh chemicals. Which also penetrates into the bloodstream and can cause serious health issues. Organic Natural Colors is now recognized as a much healthier option to color hair.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest challenge is, first customers could not believe that you can color hair without burning your scalp, drying your hair, and preventing hair fall out. Only after strong reviews from others and using the brand consistently that people believe it to be the healthiest color brand out there. Also, big brand names also put out false rumors and feedback claiming that Organic Natural Colors was not as healthy as it said it was. However, as time went by these claims and rumors disappeared.

We as a company, claim that we care for others/customer well-being more than our profits and how much money we make. We know that with a good quality brand that performs success, loyalty, and profits will follow. We spent years developing our formulas, and we now know from customer feedback that we have got it right. We just need to be patient.

Any big plans?
Our plan is to become a household name. Just like they got rid of the large cigarette firms or made the public aware of their danger to health, we want to do the same to the well-known brands of hair color. The public needs to know the dangers of hair coloring and the ways to avoid it.
