Hi Vanessa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
From the moment I discovered the power of permanent makeup, I knew I had found my calling. As a busy wife and mom of three, I understand that desire of feeling beautiful and confident without losing precious time in front of the mirror. That passion inspired me to open PMU+Beauty in Lakewood, where I specialize in enhancing special features through brows, lip blush, removals, lash lifts, brow lamination, threading and relaxing facials. Every client that walks through my door receives more than a service. They receive the confidence to wake up feeling like the most radiant version of themselves. Helping others feel beautiful fuels my craft, and I am grateful for every transformation and every smile that reminds me why I do what I do.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Building PMU+Beauty didn’t happen without challenges. Learning a highly detailed craft while juggling life as a wife and mom of three pushed me to grow stronger and more deciplened than ever. There were long nights of training, moments of self-doubt, and the fear of stepping out into a competitive beauty industry. At times, it felt overwhelming to balance my passion with my responsibilities at home. Even so, I refused to give up on my dream. Every challenge thought me resilience and reminded me why helping others feel beautiful matters so much to me. My struggles shaped the artist and business women I am today.

Training and collaborating with Brow Expressions Microblading helped me grow my skills and pushed me to elevate my craft and with confidence. Partnering with Robert Beauty Salon opened doors for me to serve more clients and be surrounded by people who believe in my passion. Their guidance and teamwork have shown me that success is never built alone. I carry that support with me every day as I continue to learn, create, and help others feel beautiful.
