My journey in the realm of film and video production is a tapestry woven with passion, faith, and meaningful relationships. It began about a decade ago, driven by an unwavering love for visual storytelling and an ambition to bring this passion to life in a professional setting.
Throughout this journey, my role has evolved across various spectrums of the industry. I delved into cinematography, video editing, color grading, special effects, and drone camera operation. Each project, including collaborations with renowned clients like Bevel, Dove, Havas Street, and James Allen, was not just a professional assignment but a chapter in my story, adding depth to my expertise and reinforcing my commitment to excellence.
A pivotal chapter in this journey was the establishment of The 360 Film Co. and, more personally, co-founding B.Creative Agency & Co. with my wife, Courtney. This venture is a testament to our shared vision and dedication to the craft. Leading this company alongside Courtney has been an enriching experience, blending our professional goals with our personal bond. It symbolizes not just business acumen but a shared passion for creativity and innovation.
The foundation of my path, however, has always been the unwavering support of my family and loved ones and my steadfast faith in God. They have been my pillars of strength, guiding me through challenges and celebrating the milestones with me. Their support, combined with my faith, has been the cornerstone of my resilience and success.
My clients, who entrust their visions to me, are an integral part of my story. Serving them is a privilege, and their confidence in my work is a constant motivation to strive for the best in every project.
Reflecting on my path, I see a journey marked by continuous learning, anchored by faith, and enriched by the love and support of my family, especially my wife Courtney, and the trust of my clients. It’s a journey that has shaped me into who I am today – a dedicated storyteller at heart, committed to the art of visual expression and the collaborative spirit of creative work.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road to where I am today has been far from smooth, marked by challenges that tested both my resilience and adaptability. The decision to dive full-time into entrepreneurship came just two weeks before my wedding on September 21, 2019. This leap of faith was a defining moment, signaling a commitment not just to my career but also to the new life I was starting with my wife, Courtney.
However, no sooner had I embarked on this journey than the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. The lockdowns, just five months into our marriage, brought a tide of uncertainty. I found myself newly married, without the security of my previous 9-5 remote job at United HealthCare, and faced with the daunting question, “What am I going to do?”
In these challenging times, my faith in God was my anchor, and the support from Courtney was my guiding light. We kept our spirits high and grinded through the tough times. Interestingly, this period also brought unexpected opportunities. With the world pivoting to digital platforms, there was a surge in demand for video editing – a skill that was right in my wheelhouse. This shift allowed my business to thrive even amidst the global crisis.
Moreover, the lockdown period was a unique blessing in disguise. It provided Courtney and I with invaluable time to grow closer, strengthening our bond as newlyweds. This time together also sowed the seeds for our joint venture, culminating in the birth of not just our beautiful daughter Temple but also our business collaboration.
Starting a business with Courtney has been a journey of its own. Balancing the roles of being a husband, a father, and a business partner presented its own set of challenges and learnings. However, the past year, 2023, marked a significant milestone, as our joint venture not only took off but also achieved remarkable success.
Reflecting on these experiences, I see a path marked by unexpected turns and steep climbs. Yet, each obstacle served as a catalyst for growth, both personally and professionally. Keeping God first and maintaining a relentless work ethic, coupled with the unwavering support of my family, has been the formula for navigating these challenges. It’s been a journey of perseverance, adaptation, and, above all, faith that has led to where I am today.

My parents’ support has been invaluable since the beginning. Their encouragement when I first picked up a laptop to explore filmmaking laid the foundation for my career. This early support was more than just material; it was a gesture of belief in my dreams.
