Today we’d like to introduce you to Tori Torrance.
Hi Tori, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
It’s a pleasure to be here, thank you for having me. My musical journey began when I was really young, about 5. I always knew, from that age, that I wanted to be a star lol. Music is the one thing that really moves me. Being that I’ve been blessed with my gifts, I always wanted to share it with the world. Over the years, I’ve experienced so much; I have so much more to talk about now. I feel like now I have what it takes to be an artist…a real artist. I believe I’m who people want to hear. So here we are :)…
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wouldn’t say it has been a smooth road, but definitely an ordained one. Being that I’m navigating my career independently, there’s so much I have to learn and so many mistakes I’ve had to learn from. It’s not easy when it’s just you. I will say that since I’ve begun my musical journey, there has been a downpour of opportunities to come my way, easily and effortlessly. That just reminds me that I’m on the right path.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Pop Artist. I make music people can dance to, that people can feel. I also dance professionally, so I love incorporating choreography into my performances. One of the things I’m known for is my amazing aura, my vibe. All my music reflect that; a good time, great vibe! My creativity, my sound, my wordplay & my talent, contributes to me having my own lane.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you, and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
The Covid crisis has affected me in ways I feel I’m still recovering from today. The important lessons I learned during the Covid 19 crisis was to be aware, educated, and prepared.
