Hi Tanner, can you introduce yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I’m a product of the southern heartland, split between the hilly spaces of Texas and the creeks of Arkansas. Growing up, I became a top-notch pig farmer (although we didn’t call ourselves that). At nine, I found acting, so I balanced the fun rhythm of pig farming with the vibrant theater world. That unlikely blend shaped me into a storyteller who could find drama in the dirt. From humble beginnings and local stages, I ventured west, chasing dreams that felt as distant as the Hollywood sign. Today, I’m proof that even the most unexpected paths can lead to extraordinary destinations. I’m fortunate to write and act in stories that resonate, both my own and those of fellow creators.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey has been as rugged as the red dirt road back home. Pursuing my dreams has been thrilling, unveiling profound rewards with each passing year. These gifts, I’ve come to realize, are forged in the fires of adversity. Financial strain, housing challenges, and mental health battles have been among the potholes I’ve encountered. There were times when the road ahead seemed shrouded in darkness when uncertainty about basic needs consumed me. Yet, these trials have been the stepping stones to a deeper appreciation for my resilience and the unwavering support of those who’ve traveled with me. As many people rightfully told me during my lowest times, “The greatest challenges often precede the greatest triumphs.”

A seasoned entertainer with a decade of experience, I’ve crafted a versatile career spanning acting, modeling, producing, and screenwriting. My journey began at 15, but my passion was ignited much earlier. From the runway to the silver screen, I’ve honed my craft and am excited to share my storytelling through my work. My feature film debut, “Stupid Games,” is currently streaming on Tubi and Mometu, with more platforms to come. This project represents a significant milestone, but it’s just the beginning. I thrive on the challenge of wearing multiple hats and bringing fresh perspectives to every project. My dedication, drive, and keen understanding of the industry set me apart. I’m eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals and continue pushing the boundaries of entertainment. The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you, and can you share any important lessons or epiphanies with us?
The collective experience of the past few years was a stark reminder of life’s inherent unpredictability. A world brought to a standstill forced us all to confront our vulnerabilities. Looking back, I’ve realized that uncertainty is a constant, even without a global crisis. This newfound perspective has deepened my appreciation for family and friends. They are the bedrock upon which my dreams are built, the muses who inspire my creativity. Their presence enriches my world immeasurably, making every moment a precious gift.
