Hi Pedro, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Our journey started in 2018 when Coach, our founder, began as a streamer and entrepreneur. He quickly realized that he loved creating custom work for others, which led him to create the Team Coach brand to support coaches looking for great-looking swag.
Over time, our venture expanded, and we started creating custom lamps. This work led us to operate a full custom shop that provides printing services for startups and much more.
At Team Coach Productions, we are passionate about our work and our customers. We believe in the core values of loyalty, great customer service, humility, and community-oriented services. We are committed to helping those in search of a community feel to their products, and we strive to create unique, high-quality products that exceed their expectations.
Our goal is to expand and become a big company that can give back to the community. We believe that by supporting our community, we can create a positive impact and help people achieve their dreams. One idea that took off was to create community centers to teach teens about entrepreneurship and how to get involved in the field of business.
We are now working on having our own space to continue providing these great services. We believe that by expanding, we can provide more opportunities for our customers and help more people in our community.
In addition to our custom shop and community-oriented services, we are thrilled to announce that we have worked tirelessly over the years to create an official esports team. We are proud to announce that our team will be competing with the top teams at a global level.
As a company, we have always been passionate about gaming, and it has been a dream come true to create our own esports team. We have put in countless hours of training, coaching, and preparation to ensure that our team is ready to compete at the highest level.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road. We had many rough patches where we had to work and not get compensated due to the low amounts available funding. I would have loved to have paid everyone what they deserve. We just were not there yet. Struggles of sleepless nights molding what our vision was for the company and what we have planed for the future.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am very good at getting creative to push myself to make something great. I think that my creativity with my dedication create a good combination and amplify my ambition. In my future I want to ensure that I can create programs for youth that are creative was for them to express themselves.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I have taken many risks. I have always told myself that if we don’t risk anything we don’t win anything. I have always been a risk-taker. I really think that I took a gamble going back to school and quitting my job to get an education and that helped me graduate from the number one public institution of the world. Going to UC Berkeley and taking that risk was something that showed me that I needed to keep pushing.
