Check Out Paige Williams’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Williams.

Hi Paige, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My story has always been about movement, music, and meaning. I was born in San Antonio and raised in a military family that taught me how to adapt and stay grounded no matter where life took us. Music was always the constant. I grew up singing in choirs, touring around the country, and even performing internationally, and that’s where I really fell in love with storytelling through sound.
After earning my degree in Vocal Performance from Georgia State University, I packed up and moved to Los Angeles to keep growing as both an artist and a professional. Since then, I’ve built a career that connects the creative and business sides of music. I manage and perform in a Billboard charting rock band, Hot For Crime, while also releasing my own music under the name PGE.
Through PGE, I’ve released songs that have earned over 300,000 streams and blend soul, alternative, and experimental R&B. My music reflects transformation, self discovery, and the beauty in learning as you go. I’ve had the chance to perform on major stages like NAMM and Segerstrom Center for the Arts, collaborate with incredible artists, and lead creative campaigns that push boundaries.
At the heart of everything I do, whether performing, producing, or managing artists, is the mission to create authentic art and help others bring their creative visions to life.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I think that’s what makes the journey meaningful. The music industry will test you in every way possible. I’ve faced moments of uncertainty, financial strain, and rejection that made me question if I was on the right path. As an independent artist, you learn to do everything yourself. Create, market, perform, and still find the energy to believe in what you’re building.
Balancing creativity with the business side of things hasn’t always been easy either. There were times I’d finish rehearsing for a show and then stay up all night sending emails or editing content for another band. But those experiences taught me discipline, patience, and the importance of betting on myself. Looking back, I’m grateful for the challenges because they shaped my resilience and helped me find my own rhythm in this industry.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Most of my work lives at the intersection of creativity and execution. I’m an artist, music director, and operations manager, balancing music creation, project management, and artist development. I specialize in live event production, creative marketing, and building experiences that feel intentional and memorable.
As an artist, I release music under the name PGE, blending soul, alternative, and experimental R&B. My proudest moments come from seeing how the music connects with people, whether through live shows or messages from listeners who felt seen in the lyrics.
I also manage the Billboard charting rock band Hot For Crime, overseeing campaigns, marketing, and creative direction. I’m proud of how we’ve built momentum independently and reached milestones often reserved for major label acts.
What sets me apart is my ability to see both the creative and operational sides of music. I can be on stage one day and leading strategy the next, ensuring every project has both heart and structure to succeed.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is having fun with what I do. I’ve learned that when I’m genuinely enjoying the process, everything else falls into place. The creativity flows, the collaborations feel natural, and the work connects with people in a real way. Music and art are meant to be lived in, not just perfected. Keeping fun at the center reminds me why I started, and it helps me stay grateful, curious, and open to whatever comes next.
