Today we’d like to introduce you to Kathryn Gramza.
Hi Kathryn, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been organized for as long as I can remember — it’s something I grew up with and naturally inherited from my dad. From a young age, I found myself helping friends and family tidy up, create systems, and bring order to their homes simply because it felt second nature. Whether it was organizing a closet or tackling a cluttered kitchen drawer, I loved the sense of calm that came with creating functional spaces.
Years later, I came across The Home Edit on Netflix, and a lightbulb went off. I realized I could take this passion and skill I’ve had my whole life and turn it into something bigger — a way to help others who may not have the time, energy, or physical ability to get organized on their own. That moment sparked the beginning of my professional journey as a home organizer.
Now, I get to do what I love every day: transform spaces, create systems that work, and help people feel more at peace in their homes.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’ve faced my own struggles, including an addiction to alcohol. Getting sober — now over four years ago — changed everything. It forced me to start taking care of myself first, something I had never really done. Sobriety has opened doors I never imagined possible and helped me realize just how capable I truly am. It gave me the clarity, discipline, and confidence to build a business from the ground up.
This journey has taught me so much — not just about organizing and entrepreneurship, but about connection, vulnerability, and showing up authentically. I’ve built incredible relationships with clients and fellow business owners, and I’ve grown more than I ever thought possible.
Today, I get to do what I love while staying grounded in what matters most: helping others create peace in their homes — and in turn, their lives — the same way I’ve found peace in mine.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
As a professional home organizer, I help transform cluttered, overwhelming spaces into calm, functional ones that truly work for your lifestyle. I organize kitchens, pantries, closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, and more — always with a tailored, one-on-one approach.
What sets me apart is the way I work with you, not just for you. Every person, every home, and every situation is unique — so I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I take the time to understand your routines, needs, and preferences, then create systems that are both beautiful and easy to maintain.
Whether you’re looking for a full-home reset or just want one space to feel more peaceful and put together, I’m here to guide you every step of the way — with compassion, practical strategies, and no judgment.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
For so long, I thought organizing was just something I was good at. I never imagined it would become my purpose. What I’ve come to learn is that clutter weighs on more than just your physical space — it impacts your mind, your energy, your routines, and even your relationships. I’ve had clients tell me they can breathe better in their homes after we’ve worked together. That’s the power of organization. It’s not about perfection — it’s about creating a space that supports you and makes everyday life easier.
If I can leave readers with one message, it’s this: you don’t have to do it all on your own. Whether you’re overwhelmed by clutter or just don’t have the time to set up systems that work, there’s help — and hope — out there. My journey has shown me that with the right support, real transformation is possible. And you deserve to live in a home that feels as good as it looks.
