Today we’d like to introduce you to Isaac Icy
Hi Isaac, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started by making videos from my phone for social media. Making tiktoks, producing content for the public eye to enjoy. Then I started to take acting more seriously and I created my own portfolio and got my headshots taken to be taken seriously. I have been chosen for some roles and have been able to meet some great people and have been able to also work with them as well. I feel like I’m at a point in my life where I’m content but not fully satisfied and my road definitely is not coming to an end.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road at all. I have endured so much to be at the very least I am at now. Starting with my childhood to now. Being denied by many casting producers, talent agencies. The struggles we’re having to move away from my family and have no immediate family to rely on or have there to support me. I was and have been my only support system to be able to succeed the things I have already.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My personal work life consist of working for a well known health insurance company. Where I assist with authorization submissions and patient care. My career life consist of social media. I strive to be the best influencer possible. I try to spread joy and positivity within my platform to others. The thing I’m most proud of is the achievements I have done. I have done a few films and a few tv shows all with just me applying myself and being the best me possible. I feel like what sets me apart from others is myself. I feel like I am a different type of personality compared to others. I think that everyone holds a special part of themselves that nobody can replicate or be. I am special.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
The best thing I like about LA is the opportunities that are offered and available for people willing to exceed their limits to succeed. The least thing I like about LA is the high crime rates and the amount of homeless that reside on a lot of the streets.
