Today we’d like to introduce you to Devin Hollinsworth

Hi Devin, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
All my life, I was searching for what I truly wanted as a career. I always knew I would not settle for anything less than my passion. All I had to do next was search for that passion. I took a break from college and went into sales. For the majority of my 20s, I worked all sorts of sales jobs. From sales, I worked in restaurant and catering industry. After that, I went into IT, AV, and livestreaming. I had finally decided to become a model & actor after I recieved amazing feedback for my pictures during my comeback to social media, after an 8 year hiatus from all accounts. My goal is to be the most versatile model and actor in every genre.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My main struggle along the way was learning how the entertainment industry operates and how I will make a name for myself. In my experience, 90% of everything is networking. With my skills learned from sales, coupled with my artistic talent and creative vision, I have done well in knowing how to market my services, acquire resources for my projects, and taking full control over my brand.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My profession is modeling and acting. I specialize in genre versatility. I am most known for my modeling here in Los Angeles. I am the most proud of my ability to adapt and thrive in the entertainment industry with minimal prior experience. What sets me apart from others is my pleasantness, optimism, and being a joy to work with in every way.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
My view on risk taking is that is absolutely necessary in order to achieve anything new or greater in life. I have been through quite a few risky situations, as I am a huge risk taker. The most relevant recent risk I have taken is working full time as a model and actor. Everyone has their limits when it comes to risk taking. For me, I have always found it necessary to fully lean into everything I do, and “walk through the fire.” I have reached many heights with this attitude, and will continue to take risks and climb to the top of my goals.
