Check out Brandy Nole’s Story with vibeTribe

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandy Nole.

Hi Brandy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m Brandy, founder of vibeTribe, a women’s community in Orange County for ambitious, grounded, fun women 30 and over who want real connection, real growth, and the confidence to fully own who they are.

A few years ago, I rebuilt my life from the ground up.

I left Los Angeles and moved to Orange County, far from the life I had known. I’m originally from Michigan, and when I arrived, I didn’t know anyone outside of family. I was newly single, raising my daughter, and quietly asking myself who I was becoming.

So I started taking myself out.

And yes, I danced alone.

At restaurants, at events, anywhere there was music.

It was not about attention. It was about healing. Dancing pulled me into the present moment. It reminded me that joy was still available, even while life was being rebuilt.

Women would come up to me and ask how I could go out alone and have so much fun. What they did not see was that I was rebuilding in real time.

During that season, I lost 50 pounds. More importantly, I stopped shrinking. I stopped waiting for permission. I stopped questioning whether I was enough.

A realization began to grow. Maybe my journey was not just personal. Maybe it was meant to create space for other women to feel brave enough to show up as themselves too.

vibeTribe began as a simple walk and coffee meetup. Small, intentional, and rooted in connection. It was created for women navigating growth and change, career shifts, relationship transitions, motherhood, reinvention, or simply the desire for something more meaningful.

While it started in Orange County, women now join from across Southern California, including Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

What started as one gathering has grown into a community centered on authenticity, courage, and real human connection.

I continue to work full time in corporate People Operations, and that experience shapes how I build. I blend heart with structure and intention, creating experiences where women feel welcomed, supported, and seen.

At its core, vibeTribe carries one message.

You are already enough.

You do not need perfect timing. You do not need everything figured out. You do not need to feel completely ready.

Sometimes you simply hear the music and decide to dance anyway.

Welcome to the Tribe.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road.

Building anything meaningful while rebuilding yourself at the same time comes with layers. When I moved to Orange County, I didn’t have a built-in network. Every connection was intentional. Every event required courage. There’s vulnerability in putting yourself out there and wondering if anyone will show up.

There were moments of self-doubt. Moments of questioning whether women would connect with the vision. Moments of balancing full-time corporate work, motherhood, and building a community from scratch. Time, energy, and consistency have all been real challenges.

There’s also the internal work. Growth sounds inspiring, but it requires facing yourself. Letting go of old versions. Outgrowing dynamics. Choosing authenticity over approval. That’s not always comfortable.

And of course, building community means learning as you go. Not every event is perfect. Not every idea lands exactly how you imagined. You adjust. You refine. You keep showing up.

But I’ve learned that the challenges are part of the foundation. They force clarity. They build resilience. They remind you why you started.

If anything, the road has been evolving. And I wouldn’t trade that for easy.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At its core, I build intentional community for women 30 and over who are in a season of growth.

Through vibeTribe, I curate real-life experiences that bring ambitious, grounded, fun women together. We host walks, social gatherings, curated events, and collaborations with local businesses throughout Orange County. But what I truly specialize in is creating environments where women feel comfortable showing up fully as themselves.

I’m known for being welcoming, for making women feel seen the moment they walk into a room, and for creating spaces that feel elevated but approachable. It’s not cliquey. It’s not performative. It’s authentic.

What sets vibeTribe apart is that it isn’t about networking in the traditional sense, and it isn’t just a social club. It’s about evolution. Many of the women in our community are navigating reinvention, whether that’s career shifts, divorce, motherhood, health transformations, or simply stepping into more confidence. There’s depth behind the fun.

Professionally, I also work full-time in corporate People Operations, which has shaped how I build and lead. I bring structure, consistency, and long-term vision to everything I create. The community isn’t random. It’s intentional.

What I’m most proud of is the feedback from women who say, “I didn’t know I needed this,” or “I’ve met some of my closest friends through vibeTribe.” Seeing women walk in unsure and leave feeling connected, confident, and supported is everything.

At the end of the day, I don’t just host events. I create spaces where women remember who they are.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that you can’t build something meaningful while abandoning yourself.

For a long time, I thought growth meant becoming more polished, more agreeable, more “ready.” What I’ve learned is that real growth is about becoming more honest. More aligned. More willing to take up space without over-explaining it.

Moving to a new city, rebuilding my life, dancing alone, starting a community from scratch — none of it happened because I felt perfectly confident. It happened because I decided I wasn’t going to shrink anymore.

I’ve also learned that waiting until you feel fully prepared is a trap. Clarity comes from action. Confidence comes from showing up before you feel 100 percent ready.

And maybe most importantly, I’ve learned that community changes everything. When women feel seen and supported, they move differently. They take bolder steps. They evolve faster.

The lesson has been simple but powerful: choose authenticity over approval, and build from there.
