Today we’d like to introduce you to Benjamin Cajero.

Hi Benjamin, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. 
We are an embroidery company specializing in quality embroidered products for brands and businesses. We started by embroidering the side of mattress covers for a mattress company. It was the only thing we were embroidering day in and day out. After some time, we realized that the machines were also capable of embroidering other things, such as Hats, jackets, beanies, etc. We experimented with different items and found a market for it. We realized there was a big opportunity for us and decided to go all in. After a few years, we acquired more equipment, employees, and a new building where we can continue to grow and expand our operations. We now offer other services such as rhinestone application and logo design. 

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. There have been many challenges along the way. But challenges are a good thing. They are “Growing Pains”, and we are grateful to have grown throughout the years as it has taught us how to improve our system. 

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
We specialize in bringing ideas to life through embroidery. There are many times where other shops may say “it is not possible to embroider” or “the logo has too much detail”. We, on the other hand, bring solutions to the customer. We use our creative process of designing to help bring the logo to a parameter that’ll be fit for embroidery. 

By combining printing, patches, sublimation, etc. and combine it with embroidery to get the final result. 

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Firstly, my parents and family have had a big impact as my mentors. My father has directed me into the right direction to bring a steady flow into our shop. By setting up processes and procedures, we have been able to improve our system. 

My mother helps us out as much as possible in the office and in any way that she can. 

My brother has been with us since the start. He has been a great help and continues to help us grow the company. He now knows a lot of the ins and outs and helps us as much as possible. 

My sister has helped us out as well. Although she a little younger, she helps us in any way she can. 

Along with the rest of our team. Andrew, Ashley, and Cristina, to name a few. They have contributed just as much to our growth as a company as well. 

Of course, the continuous support from our clients has had a great impact on our growth as well. We appreciate all the support. We wouldn’t be where we are today without them.
