Check Out Ariel Bellvalaire’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ariel Bellvalaire.

Hi Ariel, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
When I was a kid in gymnastics summer camp, I heard Avril Lavigne on the radio, I was immediately enamored and knew I wanted to do THAT! My parents put me in a music summer camp and I was the singer of a band and had my very first gig at a pub, I loved it and then the next summer started playing guitar in the kid band. I was completely drawn to it and at that point music and performing had become my whole identity!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Hahaha I don’t think smooth and musical journey can go in the same sentence! I’ve had a wild journey for sure! From various management to a record deal to trying to figure out my sound, very technical challenge that can come from live performances, you name it, it’s been part of the journey! I love music and performing so much that I always stick with it no matter what!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
In addition to being a pop rock artist, I am a lead electric guitarist with face melting solos and also a gymnast! I’ll definitely throw gymnastics tricks in while performing guitar solos and sometimes, aerial gymnastics where I’ll play guitar upside down!

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
There are so many musical opportunities in Los Angeles and so many talented people to work and collaborate with! I’m constantly inspired!

The downside though, I don’t think it’s possible to ever get used to the traffic and wild driving of LA! Thankfully podcasts in the car are nice!
