Check Out Andrae Stelly’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrae Stelly

Hi Andrae, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Growing up being fascinated with music, I always wanted to learn to make music as well.
Influences like The Game, Fabulous and Cassidy along with Eminem played a huge part in my writing skills and content of music that I make.
Growing up in South Central LA and living all over LA county to the SGV made me the person I am today.
I lived in the south (Georgia) back in high school for a year and a half and that gave me a southern feel for music as an addition to my west coast style of music.
Learning to write and studying different artists gave me the formula I have today and I won’t change it for anything. Finding your niche in music and learning to broaden your mind from that only makes you unstoppable in the long run.
I love what I do and it is a passion to keep creating and performing!!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been a struggle I can say.
Dealing with various artist and their egos and vision can be a bit difficult at times.
Scheduling has been the most difficult struggle but that comes with the life of a local artist who hasn’t been fully established.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I have many talents
I’m hands on so once I do it a couple of times I get the motion of it.
I’m mostly known for being a metaphoric Westcoast style laid back uplifting guy.
I’m proud of the man I am today.
I’ve came along way since I was in my younger days and I know I have a lot more evolving to do. Only thing that sets me apart from anybody else is the drive and motivation I have to make sure something happens or is about to happen.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Covid 19 taught me to practice patience even more then I was at that point of time.
Always stay prepared and on alert to any and everything the world may bring to you!
