An Inspired Chat with Jaci Marie Williams of Redondo Beach

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Jaci Marie Williams. Check out our conversation below.

Jaci Marie, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Line dancing and playing Mahjong have been so much fun!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Jaci Marie, I help high-achieving women stop chasing—whether it’s men, validation, or their next milestone—and start radiating the kind of self-worth, confidence, and feminine magnetism that attracts what they actually want.

Whether it’s love, attention, or opportunity… it’s not about doing more—it’s about becoming more magnetic.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
During my first body building competition! Having the experience to truly see how incredible the human body is and what it is capable of with proper nutrition, training, affirmations and meditation, was mind blowing.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, the first year of nursing school, I did not pass and had to wait out an entire year to re-enroll. I went through so many other options of what else I could do but I knew healthcare was what I wanted to do. So I waited out the year, re-enrolled and went on to have a successful 20year career in healthcare.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? How do you differentiate between fads and real foundational shifts?
Fads come and go. While real foundational shifts are embodied and become apart of the lifestyle.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I am now doing what I was born to do. For years, I played inside the societal box and did what I was told to do. Go to school, get the degree, work the 6 figure career, buy the house, have the family. All boxes checked. Yet, as some of it was what I wanted to do, more of it was because I was told that is what we are “supposed” to do.

Now, I am truly helping people, women specifically, to truly live a life they desire to experience by their own beautiful design.
