Now, we deliver high-quality, pre-ordered meals directly to our clients, ensuring convenience without compromising on nutrition or taste.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My business partner and I have known each other since we were kids, growing up as close friends. For the past six years, we’ve also lived together as roommates, which has strengthened both our personal and professional relationship. Building this business together has been a rewarding experience, but it has also come with challenges. However, our shared history and trust in each other have helped us navigate the ups and downs, pushing us to keep improving and growing our company.
It hasn’t been a completely smooth road—like any growing business, we’ve faced our share of challenges. In the early days, working from a home kitchen meant managing limited space and resources, which could get overwhelming as demand increased. Balancing the transition from catering to prepacked meals was also tricky because it required adjustments in both operations and marketing.
Logistics posed a big challenge as well, especially coordinating deliveries and ensuring meals stayed fresh. Scaling production while maintaining quality was another learning curve, and hiring the right team to support the business growth came with its own trials. Despite these hurdles, each struggle has shaped the company and allowed us to refine our processes and better serve our customers.
