Exploring Life & Business with Ethan Twardosz of Creative Bleed

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ethan Twardosz

Hi Ethan, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always wanted to create a business that pushed me to innovate and improve. In high school, I tried online trading in gaming, earning enough to spend time with friends and travel. Even though the profits were small, it opened my eyes to working with people around the world. Their stories inspired me, and I knew I wanted to build something where people could share their visions and connect.

I grew up in Los Angeles with my dad, who had his own small company and taught at the University of Southern California. I spent years on-campus learning and meeting people. In high school, I volunteered at film festivals like Dances With Films, where I met creatives who found success in both independent and studio work. I also visited studios like Universal and Disney, as well as talent agencies, which gave me great advice and perspective.

With my website, Creative Bleed, I aim to blend new and old genres to support and promote independent artists and creative projects. Deciding how to present digital art, photography, film, and other media was challenging, but I’m passionate about helping unique creators share their work.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My path, short, has not been a smooth road. I have fumbled important meetings and tried to start projects that I have failed. It has taken me time and experience to get my projects up and running. Learning how to communicate has been the largest hurdle. Since other people can’t read my thoughts I needed a way to express my ideas coherently and consistently. So I started to write and create a team of people who have similar communication methods. They challenge me and make me better.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Creative Bleed?
With Creative Bleed, I aim to blend new and old genres to support and promote independent artists and creative projects. I plan to achieve this by interviewing independent artists and sharing their work across various platforms, including video, written articles, and social media. I’m proud to collaborate with creatives from diverse backgrounds, including filmmakers, influencers, and business owners. We also support education and will highlight educators in both Tech and the Arts.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I have a passion for reading and writing. As a high schooler, I finished and published a short novel about a dystopian society similar to the widely popular Borderlands series by 2k and Telltale Games.
