Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Sanchez
Hi Sabrina, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Before graduating my now husband knew he wanted to practice in the South Bay so during school we moved to Redondo Beach. I grew up in SD and loved the beach cities so I knew I could call this new place home. Once we graduated we both worked in separate practices and in 2016 we bought Arc of Life Chiropractic together. The practice has been in the South Bay for 21 years. My practice quickly evolved into a prenatal, postnatal and pediatric practice.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There has been struggles along the way with locations but two years ago in 2021 we moved to a new beautiful location. We built it to accommodate our growth and for the future.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Arc Of Life Chiropractic?
I provide perinatal chiropractic services and that is my passion. I believe that birthing has become too medicalised and has been fear ridden so it is my mission to help mommies know that they intuitively have what it takes to have the birth they deserve. I help get their bodies in the best alignment possible to have those quick and easy births. I am proud to help women on their transformative journey to becoming a mother. I want women to feel supported and safe and empowered in their birthing journey. Too often fear becomes part of the discourse so we internalize those thoughts and bring them into the “delivery experience.” I know I provide my patients the help to get them to them goals. Often a vaginal non medicated birth is the goal. With chiropractic care that goal becomes more attainable.
I also find a lacking of resources or support postpartum. Often postpartum is just the beginning of a slew of events in which mommies need to be supported the most. I help ease this transition and know it gets easier with Chiropractic care.
What does success mean to you?
Success is a growth mindset. Success is knowing you have achieved something but also knowing the best is yet to come.
