Check Out Taylor Rose’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Taylor Rose

Hi Taylor, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My entrepreneurial journey began in the summer of 2020, right in the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown. I was struggling with stress from the pandemic and felt trapped in a finance job that I didn’t enjoy, which led to noticeable hair loss. As someone who deeply believes in natural remedies, I dove into researching holistic solutions and discovered the power of rosemary oil. To my surprise, it worked wonders, and I began to see my hair regrow!

Eager to share my experience, I started posting about my hair regrowth journey on TikTok. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew beyond my expectations—my audience skyrocketed from just 10 followers to over a million. Along the way, I received countless messages from women seeking advice on hair loss, many of whom were struggling with different hair types and issues that I wasn’t familiar with. I could feel their pain and understood the impact hair loss can have on self-confidence because I had been there too.

Motivated by a desire to help these women, I began researching how I could provide more informed advice, which led me to the field of Trichology. This discovery ignited a new passion in me—I wanted to do more than just share my personal journey; I wanted to make a real difference. I pursued certification as an IAT Trichologist, left my finance job, and dedicated myself to helping women reclaim their confidence through hair education and care.

Since then, I’ve been creating educational content focused on women’s hair regrowth and have launched my own hair care brand, RoseGrown. My products feature rosemary oil, the very ingredient that transformed my own hair journey. My mission is simple: to empower women with effective, natural solutions and provide support as they navigate their own hair regrowth journeys. Helping women feel confident and beautiful in their own skin drives everything I do.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey has been anything but easy. One of the biggest challenges has been navigating the negativity that often comes with being a content creator and influencer. As someone who is naturally sensitive, receiving hate comments and witnessing conflict in my posts deeply affected me. Within a month of reaching 1 million followers, the pressure took a toll on my mental health, culminating in a severe panic attack that landed me in the hospital and led to an increase in my antidepressant dosage.

This past year, I’ve made it a priority to focus on my mental and physical well-being, even above my business. This shift has been incredibly beneficial, reminding me that success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about balance, resilience, and staying true to myself amid the challenges.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a Certified Trichologist, specializing in the study of hair and scalp health, a content creator dedicated to educating women on hair loss and related concerns, and the founder of RoseGrown, a hair regrowth product company. My greatest achievement is the positive impact I’ve made on countless women through my work.

When I pursued my Trichology certification, I realized that traditional practice would limit my ability to reach as many people as I wanted. By becoming a content creator, I have the opportunity to connect with and help millions of women worldwide. What truly sets me apart is my genuine passion for empowering women. I deeply care about every individual I reach, and my ultimate goal is to inspire confidence and well-being through the work I do.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
One surprising fact about me, especially for those familiar with my work and brand, is that I am deeply introverted. Being on camera, speaking on podcasts, and attending events push me far beyond my comfort zone. Overcoming this has required significant effort; each 60-second video can take hours to create as I work through my nerves. While I’ve made strides in becoming more comfortable on camera, building my confidence remains an ongoing journey—proof that even the most seemingly effortless moments often come with a lot of behind-the-scenes perseverance.
