Hi karina, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I found the passion for Lagree several years ago when my sister invited me to my first class. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed it and how great of a workout it was. Ive always been into fitness (gym ) but once I discovered Lagree I made it part of my weekly fitness routine. I have been in the real estate industry basically all my life, but once I discovered Lagree I realized I wanted to open up my own studio. Combining my experience as a business owner, fitness and my custom service experience I knew this would be the perfect combination. I quickly created a business plan and continued to do more research on the method, I spoke to my husband and my oldest son and they were quickly on board with helping on anything I needed. Fast forward 6 months later I was signing my lease and 6 months after that I opened doors. I could honestly say my studio is my passion and I pour my hear and soul daily to it
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I had several bumps during the process but honestly wouldn’t change any of it. Im proud to have learned this business from scratch. It has helped me grow as a person and has helped me learn more about the business.

We are a Lagree studio offering 45 min of a high intensity low impact method that is designed for everyone. We are a boutique studio where my focus is to make sure everyone feels welcomed, and comfortable because walking to a new studio can defetnetly be very intimidating.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory is our yearly holiday vacations to my parents home town in Mexico as well as all my soccer games . I have played soccer all my childhood and knowing my parents always made the time to take me to all my practices and games is a blessing.
