Today we’d like to introduce you to Fabrice Sopoglian
Hi Fabrice, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
LA based French producer Fabrice Sopoglian, a veteran of reality shows and docuseries. His success, as Sopoglian will tell you, is inextricably linked to his network, which he equates to his net worth. his remarkable ability to connect with influential figures across various industries. In 2023 decided to collaborate with Lionel Azoulay, businessman and a food expert, who successfully imported the renowned ‘La Tropézienne Bakery’ to the US and played a major role in Ghost Hospitality. With an undeniable passion for Japanese culture and its cuisine, Lionel became experienced in hand roll bars. He opened The HRB Experience (Handroll Bar) on the ground level of the Pacific Mutual building in downtown Los Angeles. He then received acclaimed reviews when he opened Paris Tokyo in Beverly Hills. Also Fabrice brought his friend real estate agent Mehdi Maamri ( The Agency).
In 2023, the trio opened Azai Handroll on 3rd street in West Hollywood. It was not long before their celebrity friends such as Dolph Lungren or Emma Kenney (Shameless TV series Netflix) flocked to Azai Hand Roll.
Azai Hand Roll is an intimate sushi bar. A perfect lunch spot in the heart of the 3rd street bustle, it’s perfectly situated in between The Grove and The Beverly Center.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road of success is always under construction:)
The realities of Hollywood, where, according to me, eight out of ten people may not add value to your path. But the key is to be focus and never give up. It’s usually when you think it’s over, really over it is the beginning of the success!
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am known for my creativity, I have been pivotal in 12-year run as the face of the French reality TV show ‘Les anges’. I approached to the cutthroat world of show business is it’s not just about glitz; it’s importante of understanding psychology and having concrete plans to back up big dreams. I produced many documentaries such as the documentary “The VIF,” which narrates the story of fashion designer Christian Audigier. The film, celebrating Audigier’s work with Von Dutch and Ed Hardy, has garnered 16 awards globally, What set me apart to the other is I am realistic about my dreams and I am always think about my next move. I came to the us with nothing and in my head I am not afraid to leave with nothing! Of course I am looking for the big shot to secure my family but when you came with not a lot of money even if tomorrow you re rich in your head you will always be poor no mater what.

Timing is bigger than luck! Timing is everything. If this is not for you then you can wait many many years. I met some people in my life not very smart, not hard worker but it was their time to shine.
