Daily Inspiration: Meet Victoria Krasyuk

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Krasyuk

Hi Victoria, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My work revolves around studying the culture of different countries, discovering unique perspectives, and experiencing the awe-inspiring beauty of nature. These moments shape my life and are reflected in my art.
I am honored to be recognized as one of the top 10 Los Angeles photographers, a winner of Travel International award, a member of the Russian Geographical Society —a prestigious organization once associated with remarkable figures such as Ivan Krusenstern, Baron Wrangel, and Vladimir Dal—and the published author of the photo book “Travel without borders” on Amazon, alongside numerous travel articles available on my website.
Being curious and creative person, I strive to travel and see the world with my own eyes. My camera was with me from my early years and over time what began as a childhood hobby turned into lifestyle. I was captivated by books such as the Planet Earth Encyclopedia, and travel stories like those by Jules Verne, which ignited my curiosity and desire to explore. My favorite TV channels have always been those dedicated to wildlife, particularly “My Planet,” where I participated in a competition and became a laureate of an award in the field of travel.
This journey of constant learning and growth has allowed me to merge different aspects of my creativity, each facet complementing the other. My work continues to evolve, driven by a desire to share the beauty and diversity of our world with others.
A fantastic world awaits you all through the eyes of a female photographer who sometimes takes risks in pursuit of adventure and rare shots.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It was far from easy. Along the way, I encountered numerous challenges. However, each setback became an opportunity for growth and learning. I’m passionate about my storytelling and deeply committed to authenticity. The goal of my journey has always been to feel happy doing what I love and to project that positivity into the world. When what you think, what you feel, and what you do are in harmony, the entire creative process becomes more fluid. But of course, achieving this balance requires both external and internal hard work.
And if you really love what you do, you will continue even if it doesn’t bring you anything tangible at first. You’ll follow your passion, and eventually, it will evolve into something more meaningful. I’m proud and excited about the impact my work has on others. Whether it’s providing inspiration, evoking emotions, or sparking meaningful conversations, knowing that my work resonates with people is incredibly fulfilling.
These challenges have not only strengthened my resolve but have also profoundly influenced my creative process. Taught me the value of perseverance, and it’s through these experiences that I’ve learned to find beauty in imperfection and strength in vulnerability. This perspective has allowed me to create work that is not only visually but also emotionally resonant, connecting with people.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My mission is to remind that we are the peoples of the one planet, and to show people that we actually live in a world without borders.
Through my photography and travel diaries, which have evolved into captivating magazine articles I have been able to share my experiences with a wider audience. Over time, as the digital world evolved, so did my creative process. I expanded into content creation, videography, and storytelling through short films that explore the lives, experience and landscapes around me, allowing me to fulfill what I believe is my purpose: to give people around the world the opportunity to admire and immerse themselves in the beauty of our planet, even without leaving their homes.
I think of my content as bridges, and I am in-between, connecting the viewers with places where the images were taken, and with people and their emotions. My works are my view of the world.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The answer may seem basic, but as they say, there is beauty in simplicity. And of course, it’s impossible to truly understand something without living through the experience. For me, the most important lesson has been that nothing is impossible. Fear will always be there, trying to hold you back. You have two choices: to give in to it or to move forward despite it and do what you need to do. For myself, I’ve narrowed this choice down to just one option.
