It never is a smooth road in construction let alone for women in construction. There are many unforeseen obstacles when it comes to existing conditions that need construction alterations. When you place a bid for those types of projects, it’s almost a gamble where you can risk many thousands of dollars. We have gone through that and have learned from them all the time. I believe that our team has now, the ability to foresee many issues and choose our projects wisely. But it took much determination, focus and perseverance which was really not easy.
