Meet Marty Kish of Holiday & Casa in Costa Mesa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Marty Kish.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Marty. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started out as a Silent Partner for both Casa and Holiday before eventually taking on the role of Managing Partner.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Both bars have had their challenges. Our original business model proved to have many issues. We kept making adjustments from one month to the next until things finally clicked.

Holiday & Casa – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Casa was just voted the Best Lounge in Orange County. Our bartenders are really the best in the business. We never charge a cover and offer nightly entertainment 6 days a week (closed on Mondays).

Live music is our main driver at Holiday. Bow Wow Wow, The Untouchables, and Missing Persons are just a few of the national acts that have taken the stage over the past several months.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
That our team has been able to turn Casa into such a success in a relatively short amount of time.
