Hi Brenda, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We all have some piece of item that is made from recycled materials. But I never thought about what items my dogs were using that were made from recycled materials. If we can recycled clothing, plastics and more then why can’t we recycle dog gear?

That’s where the idea for Studio Tails came to life. We of course are all dog lovers and we all truly want the world to be a better place. But do we have to sacrifice quality for products to be eco-friendly? The fact is we don’t have to! We can have great quality dog gear AND ones that are truly good for our Earth.

Our dog gear is made of high-quality rPET. rPET is recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate), which is plastic that was used to make packaging, such as plastic bottles and food containers.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey hasn’t been easy, but I’ve come to realize that challenges are an inherent part of growth, both personally and in business. Despite the obstacles, I’ve been fortunate to have a network of fellow small business owners who have provided invaluable support and guidance. Being able to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and receive advice has been instrumental in navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
