Today we’d like to introduce you to Heather Hoffman
Hi Heather, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Heather is a trailblazer in the spiritual and conscious community, known for guiding and inspiring others with her Activation music. From a young age, despite growing up in an unhealthy household, she was deeply connected to spirituality and God, and knew she wanted to help people. This passion led her to study meditation and consciousness through travel and real-life experiences, learning from elders and healers worldwide. Heather’s entrepreneurial spirit soon flourished as she kickstarted seven successful companies, gaining recognition for her innovative ideas and leadership. However, her true calling was in music. She combined her spiritual insights with her musical talents to pioneer a new genre with her Activation music, elevating light language to global recognition. Co-founding “Sacred Sisters Circle” to empower women was another step in her journey. Her viral mantra, “Everything is working out best case scenario,” became an international hit. Heather’s bold leadership and fearless expression have inspired many, and her self-made music career, with millions of plays and followers, stands as her most successful and impactful creation yet. Through her conscious music, Heather has built an empire, reaching and uplifting countless individuals worldwide.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been a rough journey yet it truly has strengthened me to become who I am and made the good so much more worth it. I left home at 14 due to my single mom being an alcoholic and the home life being abusive, and started working fast food, restaurants and modeling gigs illegally to make money young. My mom faked her suicide when I was 19 and when she turned up alive a few years later it was international news. I had custody of my little sister at that point and was physically and financially responsible for her. My mom was famous when I was younger so the whole story was on dr phil. Yet there was good in it as I became independent and I got to live with other families of other cultures and lands and got to learn from them as a teenager, and experienced a totally opposite life then I had until I was 14 which was luxurious. My spiritual sense kicked in young and I always felt connected to God, so the trauma just made me stronger in my connection, and more grateful.

Heather has trained, taught. and activated over 23,000 students throughout the last several years, created a viral mantra “everything is working out best case scenario” that circulated over a million people worldwide, and elevated “light language” to global recognition as one of the firsts to popularize it online. She also took the first leap to infuse Light Language into music, pioneering an entirely new genre with her Activation music. Her bold leadership and fearless trust in her expression is what has set the stage for many, and continues to.
She’s not new to the game. In the last 10 years Heather has traveled around the world speaking on panels, conferences, and at festivals as a spiritual guide, leader and healer. Before that she helped to begin, kickstart, invest in, and consult for seven successful companies, most of which now generate millions in revenue. She even hosted a show called “Wellness with Heather Hoffman,” which was streamed to Hulu, Roku and AppleTv. Heather was recognized as the credibility behind cannabis being a “superfood” and was published in multiple magazines, as founder of the first organic and vegan cannabis company which was distributed in thousands of dispensaries.
Heather spent more than a decade visiting ancient sacred lands around the world to learn different practices and techniques from elders and healers of all backgrounds. She is allied with sacred plant medicines and elemental magic, and initiated into certain meditation and energy practices in which she now shares and teaches. Heather also has a background in competitive boxing, which was a gateway of discipline, devotion and connection; which helped lead her to this path.
For the last several years Heather has hosted gatherings, retreats, ceremonies and circles for thousands of women to gather as our ancestors have for eons; in love, care, and support of each other. She co-founded “Sacred Sisters Circle” which lead women through monthly circles in person and online every month for years, and certified sisters to host their own gatherings around the world, and create their own business. From ancient wisdom teachings, to sacred rituals, embodiment practices, and healing of the mind body and soul— it’s part of her most proud and cherished work which she continues throughout her life.
Her song “Cellular Upgrade” has millions of plays on Spotify and iTunes, and has become the stable of the spiritual community. As one of the first big conscious music artists in the spiritual community, she’s an OG.
What does success mean to you?
I define success by happiness, and an overflowing of love. Freedom, an ability to be present and see the beauty in the miracle of life. To be fully and completely imbued with gratitude.
