I was born in Bhutan (Himalaya Region), border India and Tibet. When I was 12, I went to India and became a Tibetan Buddhist Monk. Which located West Bengal Darjeeling in India. I live there at Tibetan Monastery until I was 21. After completing my Tibetan Buddhist education and completed my 3 year and 3 months advanced isolated retreat training. After that I started my Journey to the West Teaching Tibetan Buddhism, I lived in Poland 5-year Teachings Tibetan Buddhism, after that my next assignment Tibetan Buddhist teaching was in Brazil. I lived there in Brazil for 3 year. Until that was my spiritual life journey!

During my spiritual life living in Poland and Brazil., In reality, it wasn’t easy, but my life was very comfortable. No stress of paying bills. Everything was provided: Free housing, traveling expenses, food, clothes, and healthcare. Surround by students and helpers/assistants. People there to take care of all of my needs. I had people to cook, laundry, and clean my house.

Biggest challenges in my life was when I moved to USA from Brazil in 2001. I left my Monk lifestyle and spiritual lifestyle. I want to experience normal lifestyle. With no experience in normal life and proper Western formal education or a degree. I start my new life!

I was barely able to speak English. I took Adult free English written, reading, and speaking classes. I was living and sharing the studios room with others.

My first Job was 7 Elven cashier, then second Liquor store cashier, Book shop cashier, Hotel front desk. Mostly, my job was night shifts. I sleep less the 5 hours a day, I work at my second job during the day. My free time I got school to completed my high school diploma.

During my first 7-Eleven job in Santa Barbara, I was able to buy a bicycle so I could ride to work. Then, later on, with my other jobs, I was able to buy my first car.

I’m very happy to become Massage Therapy. I always want to help others. This massage Therapy open my door to help others. When I was my spiritual lifestyle. There was limited to help others, I was only able connect within people who are interested studying Tibetan Buddhist.
