Today we’d like to introduce you to Asianna Joyce.

Hi Asianna, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I am originally from Washington, DC, and have lived in LA for almost a decade. I started my career in Entertainment, more specifically television productions, including music award shows, scripted television, casting, and development. From there, I answered my passion for real estate – the power of ownership and investing into generational wealth for a brighter future. Now, I have combined my love for both media and real estate into my company, PYT Enterprises Inc., where I help clients reach their goals through homeownership, business spaces, and becoming a better version of themselves through our media publications. My real estate operations are powered through The Fox Group, which is a luxury brokerage in Beverly Hills, CA. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road at all! There have been many challenges along the way, including questioning whether I am fit for this life at all. I think the beauty of stepping outside of one’s comfort zone is the discomfort that comes with it: doubts, fears, questions, and also the uncertainty that comes with entrepreneurship and going after something new. When one is forging a new path, there is no real blueprint of how to get there. So, it’s a lot of bumping heads and running into walls, so to say – meaning many mistakes are made, and lessons are learned! All we can do is learn to adapt to the new and figure out who this new version of ourselves is along the way. Because let’s be honest – the further along the journey you are – the more you shed old layers of who you were and ultimately grow into the purpose of who you are destined to be. So, my journey has been just that: growing and learning along the way. 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar with what you do, what can you tell them about what you do?
I am an Author and Realtor who specializes in helping others accomplish their goals. My book, “Crazy Girl Chronicles: A Vanished Hope,” details the journey of a first-generation college student and her many battles in the fight to succeed. Outlined with raw storytelling and poetry, it depicts the challenges of homelessness, grief, mental health, love, and the determination to exceed beyond expectations. 

Moreover, my real estate brand, AJ Estates, is one that aims for excellence. Under the leadership of my brokerage, The Fox Group, I help clients achieve real estate needs in the residential and commercial space. My specialty is Sports and Entertainment and First-Time Homebuyers. However, I serve a variety of clients, including investors and business owners looking for commercial space. 

I am most proud of my ability to listen to my clients and align with their wants, needs, and desires. This, paired with my extensive network of mortgage loan professionals, vendors, escrow officers, title reps, and more, helps to make a smooth process out of what can seem like an otherwise daunting process. 

I believe this sets me apart because I truly have the heart to help my clients achieve goals they didn’t think possible, and I also have the tools and network to make it happen. 

We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
That is a really great question. This may not come as a surprise to some, but I love writing poetry and attending poetry slams. In fact, I have been writing since age twelve. My late father was also a poet, so I picked up his skills and often use them to write endearing notes to loved ones. These skills can also be seen in my novel, “Crazy Girl Chronicles: A Vanished Hope,” where I use poetry and raw storytelling to depict a story of resilience.
